Always a clean store with wonderful service and great deals, if you look for them. Absolutely love Friday deals and the great sushi 🍣 the little lunch packs are also golden! The prepared veggies are a go-to after a long day and the delicious 3 for $12 fruits and berries!!! Huge fan of the fresh meat. Thanks guys! Oh! You do need a bigger bathroom….please 😂

Whoever was working at the starbucks on October 2nd around 2:30 pm was AWESOME! Helped me find everything I needed and they made the best latte! Thank you!

This particular Safeway is unlike any other I have visited. The environment is very calming and peaceful with the dimmed lighting. The staff has always been very helpful and accommodating when it comes to ordering from the deli and/or bakery departments.

The Kenai Safeway employees are a genuine asset to Safeway. Never had a bad exp with any of them and the managers run the store well. The evening manager even went out of his way to go find me in parking lot and get my change to me I had forgot. Thank you kind sir for going above and beyond.

Clean store, friendly staff, well stocked shelves

A couple angry grumpy ladies that really can run your mood- other than them it's great I'm there a lot and always offered help, they recognize me from my store and always have something positive to say. Store can be cleaned though I don't think shelves get wiped down or dusted.

People at Safeway are always helpful, and polite. But if they don't have what you want they make suggestions on substitutions that are close

This is where I buy my groceries. Their food is the freshest you can get in Alaska. The staff is family friendly and treat you as family. The staff really try to work with you. In fact, they didn't have something I needed so they called Fred Meyers if they had it. They are so nice. I left my wallet in the bathroom and one of the employees took it to customer service. Obviously, I got it back. Their products are top notch and their service is phenomenal. They also have a pharmacy and the pharmacists are honest with you. They don't try to get more money out of you. Hands down, the best store in Alaska.

I tend to go shopping at night, when the place is a ghost town and there is a wonderful lady who always keeps her eye out to watch for customers and makes sure to rush back to the counter when stocking a shelf. It's a nice change, seeings how any other time I go in and she isn't working, I always have to go looking for the cashier and then wait for them to mosey on over just to be treated like they really hate their job.

Good customer service always kind and prices a little high however I like it thier cuz it'd family oriented and I know everyone also they have excellent Friday sales

Great store, great service, unlike their counterparts, Kenai safeway, which all ways seems. As if they're in a hurry, I always remind too slow down, take a breath, you get paid by the hour, and this store, will already have some hired, before you're obituary hits the paper. So relax, my milk isn't gonna spoil sitting in the cart, while you help the next person.

Nice store and pleasant, helpful employees. Thank you Stella and the nice woman that bags with glasses(I am embarrassed to say I forgot her name). Also Lance, Toby and the young woman that works in the Pharmacy (thank you for the flu shot, I didn’t even feel).

Excellent Safeway! Very clean, well organized, great selection of meats and produce. A perfect alternative to fighting crowds and traffic at the Fred Meyer across town.

One of the most affordable one stop shopping places available in town been eating alot of their 10 dollar sub sandwiches can't beat them for the price.

I'm from Kenai and get treated better in Soldotna. Their crew knows where items are unlike the younger Kenai staff who look puzzled if you ask a question. I appreciate the atmosphere and the staff. Elysha in floral is a gem. I had the great pleasure to meet Laurie a manager.
