Richland Washington store is a bit bigger and alot more people. But friendly as well. Selection is huge

This Grocery Outlet is outstanding!!! I haven't found one grumpy person working there!

They will still bag for you and even use YOUR bags. So many places either won't let you bring your own bags in or you have to bag your own groceries if you DO bring your own bags.

They've always been SO HELPFUL when I've needed help reaching a product from a top shelf or needed to find a product.

When they have good deals, they have GOOD DEALS! They also have items that they carry on a regular basis. Those are still very good prices, but SOME of their prices are AMAZING!

But you'd better go back and get those "good deals" quickly if you like them, because they MIGHT not get them again!

LOVE THIS STORE! One never knows WHAT good deals you'll find!

I love this store. The staff is great, particularly the older gentleman. Always very kind. Helped me load all my stuff into my cart while I'm wrangling my young children.

Good prices and always exciting to discover new "exotic" foods and healthy options even for low carb and gluten free, vegetarian and vegan lifestyles! Great craft beer and wine selections as well! Place is always clean, orderly and staff is always friendly and helpful

SO glad to have this Grocery Outlet in town now! We have been impressed with the prices and the selection they carry. My daughter absolutely adores the little carts they have, and prefers pushing her own cart around the store than going to her favorite park! Service has been pretty good so far, and beer options could be better, but for the most part, this place is really a treasure for Hermiston!

I stop in when I need to grab a few things from a smaller store. The new and improved Grocery Outlet has all of the essentials: dairy, produce meat, etc. - great prices.

I shop here weekly and love it. Everything at good prize that help me save more money. Variety of fruit and Vegetable. They do have bean sprout for Pho that cheaper than other store. My favorite shopping store in town.

With a tight budget to feed a couple teenage boys, who love cereal as a "snack"this is our go to place for it. Best prices and a variety that changes often so no "bored of the same cereal". I like to see what's new there that thry may not have at other stores.
Their staff is freakin' amazing!!! From staying open a minute late, with smiles,and happy faces, while I flew thru the store for a box of cereal and some milk, to avaid a meltdown, to them unknowingly helping me redirect my son, with autism and tourrettes, from an anxiety induced meltdown at the checkstand. Just by just asking him how his day was going, and holding that conversation with him.

It's an excellent way to save money on stuff you normally would pay more for some were else and I love there layout of the store and the environment is very pleasant plus I love the music that they play there from satellite 📻

Prefer shopping here first before going to Safeway and Walmart last.

Friendly staff, great prices, and some items you can't get anywhere else. I like this place, and would absolutely recommend it.

Very Lovely, CLEAN, and Welcoming. Best place to shop you come in for one item and leave with bags full of stuff you didn't need.
