AT&T Store

I had the best experience at the AT&T store on Lakewood Blvd. at the Long Beach Exchange. I walked in on a whim, because the store happened to be located next to another business I was patronizing. I had been having ongoing issues with my cell phone, but they weren’t major, so I just dealt with it. When I walked in, the customer service representative immediately greeted me. She looked up my account and, to my surprise, I was eligible for a free upgrade. My phone was four years old. Not only did I upgrade my phone, I was able to upgrade my Apple Watch for free, since it too was eligible for an upgrade. Yecenia could have stopped there, but she went above and beyond to take a comprehensive look at my account. There were several miscellaneous items on my account that I was not aware of and I do not use. Yecenia was able to remove those items and get me discounts that dropped my bill by more than $35 a month. I am so grateful for the team at AT&T. They were patient, attentive, knowledgeable and caring. They made me feel like a rockstar! Thank you!

One of my best experiences at AT&T happened today in the LBX location with Mathew J ! He was extremely patient with me and helpful. He was knowledgeable on several different ways to fix the issues I was facing. He was even able to walk me through all of the various phone subscription options to get the best price for my team. Sometimes dealing with phone/tech issues can be so frustrating but I’m really glad I stopped by. There were a couple other attendants there that all seemed cheerful and knowledgeable. I’ll be back & asking for Mathew! Thanks!

Cameron is heaven sent to me and my husband. He took his time to help us with all our questions. My husband wasn’t able to call out from his phone and not able to receive any calls either. He was able to have that fixed by a simple phone call. He also reviewed our contract and explained patiently how we are being billed and got us a better contract that worked for me and my husband. Just by his smile when we got in the store made me feel comfortable and confident that he was going to help us without being rushed. Thank you Cameron

Visited this location to purchase a new iPhone XR and was immediately assisted by the manager, Mohammad. I have been to other locations and wasn't treated the same way as I have at this location. The staff there is great, prompt and has the ability to answer any questions or concerns you may have. I will definitely be coming back here to shop for at&t products and seek support from the store associates.

Opened up a business account with att. I like to work with people in person rather than over the phone. After a poor experience with Verizon I came to this ATT location. First off they are taking all precautions in store with regards to covid. Secondly I am more than impressed by the staff here. First I explained my whole situation to Jason and he was able to make the right recommendations for my small business needs, then the Manager Emely facilitated the whole process and made it perfect. My staff is happy and so am I. Thank you so much Emely and Jason. You both give ATT a good reputation with your customer service and work ethic. Emely even called us a few days later to make sure everything was working correctly. You’ve just earned ATT a longtime customer.

Great store and great staff. The manager Mohammad was very helpful, he knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything for my new phone plan in a way where I understood it all. I highly recommend him and this store. Very pleased!

Quinten was very helpful and Friendly. He help me set up a lot of things on my phone and sold me me clear covers in my phone. You have a great employee!!!!

Dijah was wonderful helping me out I ordered my phone through the Lakewood corporate store they couldn’t help me set it up so I called this store and Dijah was more than helpful to set it up and very patient with me being I’m in my 60s I can’t sayenough about her as she also was helping other customers and she had me come back the next day to take care of my trade in. I regret not getting the phone from her in the first place.I highly recommend this store and her.Thanksagain Dijah for your help!

First time at this location and definitely won’t be my last! Mohammed, the manager, had a lot of knowledge on all the product and was very helpful. The crew was very welcoming and attentive to all the other customers.

Best customer service I have ever received in a att store. The manager made sure all my questions were answered. They treated me like family and I will definitely come back to purchase more things from this location.

This is the only AT&T store worth visiting in a 20 mile radius. Ask for Daniel; extraordinary attitude and commitment to customer service.
