I purchased my iPhone 15 and some accessories here in November, 2023. The staffs here were very helpful. As my screen protector broke, I went in for the replacement yesterday. Ernie was the one who took care of my case. His professionalism and carefulness were impressed me very much. Highly recommend this store!

We chose this store for service when we arrived in Long Beach from abroad. The store personnel were very helpful and patient, got our phones sorted for network compatibility, and provided good advice on the most appropriate plan for our one month stay. The staff were professional.. Highly recommend them

This T-Mobile location deserves 5+ stars! Robert was so helpful in helping us switch over from Verizon and finding what best deals there are for us to be a part of to get new devices. They even have a repair service for broken phones and Carlos thoroughly checked if our cracked phones are able to be traded in. It was such a great experience. Thank you for being patient with us and for helping us with all of our needs and being clear with all the costs associated to our new lines!

Went into T mobile this week to have a phone repaired and purchase a new phone. Eva helped with our purchases and was so nice. She answered all our questions and explained features on the new phone and plan. She even took the time to help with another phone I had issues with. This is my second time in this store. Great customer service.

What brought me here was that my iPhone wouldn't use my data, and thankfully everyone there was super helpful. They tried every possibly solution they could to solve my issue, and even if I was there for quite some time, I knew they were being very thorough, and their solution actually worked and I was able to leave the place beyond satisfied. (If it weren't for their individual critical-thinking and teamwork, I would have had an unnecessary exchange process, and coming right to this place really saved me the trouble). I don't usually go out of my way to consider writing reviews, but they deserve to be acknowledged for their great customer service. They really know their stuff! I would definitely come back to this T-Mobile location again if I ever so happen to need it!

What great customer service from the store manager Carlos Perez! Bend over backwards service! I will remain a loyal customer. Any issues, they always help you with a big friendly smile and awesome attitude! And they are very knowledgeable with the best recommendations!

My wife had issues with her new upgraded iPhone. Vivian helped her in getting the issue resolved. She was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. And she even packaged up our old phone . Great job Vivian .

I had Spectrum for a year. Worst in my experience. Back to t-mobile.
It took 2(!!)hours to untied from Spectrum. And Diana Lopez deserves Service Soldier of the year with her patience.
Happy back to TM and happy with quality of the service.

Came in today and got four phones with Vivian. She was super helpful and patient with our family. She was also clear on all the plans and payment information so my grandparents could understand. Would definitely recommend Vivian for any phone help/issues. She was great!

OMG! Thank God for this store. Dante and Priscilla saved my sanity. They helped me with my phone reset. Although I lost everything (my own fault), they have me back in business with my phone and I learned about features on my phone that I had not used.
Grateful!

Excellent service today from Maggie. Explained everything, and answered all my questions. She made the whole experience so smooth and pleasant as we were there for almost the last hour, made sure I was all set to go with my new phone upgrade! Store is nice and spacious too

Am a Sprint customer who was DREADING the merger with TMobile. After 1 call to this store (spoke to Natalie) and then came in the same afternoon I’m sold. Been a Sprint customer for almost 20 yrs and that one encounter with Natalie, both on the phone and in the store, and with everyone else that worked there was more productive than every customer service experience I ever had with Sprint combined. Definitely my new go-to store. BUH-BYE Sprint!!! Thank You Natalie you were AWESOME!!!

Vanessa went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me with my phone as well as ensured that I not leave without a working phone that I paid zero out the door for as it was an emergency situation and I work for three delivery apps so when the phone I came in did not work as in it needed to be exchanged and was not fixable she got me a phone plan that I could use to get back to work asap as well as made arrangements to replace the broken phone which I plan to do today and now I have two lines making life as an independent contractor for delivery services including Amazon Shipt and Uber eats much easier to stay on top of and keep my accounts separate for tax and business purposes - bravo to the Long Beach TMo store Especially Vanessa and her co workers they literally saved the day when it looked like all hope was lost I came out of the situation better than I ever imagined - I also want to mention that I had attempted to get this issue fixed at another TMo location in cypress California and was not only ignored by the employee who refused to help me and completely ignored me while watching a Lakers game on his cell phone - I left with no answer and feeling hopeless so thankful that I wound up on a delivery literally in front of the long beach store where I was treated with the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life and that is no exaggeration - Vanessa spent HOURS attempting to assist me and when the phone I brought in could not be fixed SHE SAVED THE DAY- BRAVO TO HER BRAVO TO THE LONG BEACH LOCATION THEY ARE AMAZING AND I AM TRULY THANKFUL TO THEM
