I've found the waiting time at Russell's to be minimal, the technicians are professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate that they are not trying to "ram a sale down my throat" when I walk through the door. It's my Verizon store of choice and I highly recommend them!

The manager at this store is awesome!!! He is super helpful and has the customers best interest at hand! If you need any help this crew is awesome. I suggest to get help from them. I feel bad I should have got his name so I could say it specifically but I didn't! But props to this guy! He is good at his job.

Our previous carriers were being a nightmare to port over and John and Brennan made it work. Spent a lot longer in the store than I would have liked, but they were really nice and made everything work.

They were great! They helped us get signed up for an awesome deal on Comcast internet service through an exclusive back-to-school promotion they had. It's going to save us over $500 on internet this year! We will definitely keep them in mind next time we need local Verizon support.

After getting ignored and very frustrated at another Verizon store in our town I gave up and went to Russell Verizon store. I was helped immediately. All my questions were answered and I got the phone I needed ..all set up in no time. Extremely impressed

Alec Soto (zianya) Is a fantastic employee. She helped me change my bill. She never tried to rush me out of the store, she explained everything in a way I would understand.

Brought my phone in because it was unable to make calls. An hour later it was fixed, I had damaged some delicate connectors in the antenna wires when replacing the USB charging socket. The repair was speedy and the price reasonable.

They were all awesome!! Tuesday took extra good care of us!! We'll definitely be back! Thanks team:)
