Al's Sporting Goods

Al’s is my top sporting goods store - they really have it all. I love the organization of the store - organized by brand for clothing and by activity. They have a great shoe section with an awesome selection of running, basketball, soccer, hiking, water and casual shoes. They are well known for their bike department with a wide selection of mountain, road and E bikes. In the sumner they have a really great water sports section; while winter time is dedicated to ski, snowboard and snow shoes. They also have a great hunting and fishing section as well as sections for just about every sport. Watch for their sales and checkout their great website! Whenever I’m in town, Al’s is always at the top of my to-do list!

Best Al's in Utah! Every associate goes above and beyond to help. Shout-out to Mason for helping me choose the perfect mt. bike and the shop for setting me up with parts and great repairs. Zack even rethreaded a bolt I stripped. Incredible, I don't go anywhere else!

John Seamons at the gun department. Is an outstanding person; with incredible knowledge of firearms, firearm safety, and customers service. He is very kind, and does everything to make sure that if you come to purchase a firearm at Al's Sporting Goods in Logan that you leave with the one that's right for you. Al's is very fortunate to have him as a partner. I hope that they treat you right John.

This was my first time ever in Utah and first time ever visiting an Al's Sporting Goods! My only complaint is that we don't have a store where I'm from! Stopped in to grab a belt bag for hiking and ot course walked out with a bag full of goodies in addition to my belt bag. How could I not? The sales were incredible!

-good prices, great sales, well marked
Wish I would have also bought the Nike hoodie I kept checking out since I'm not finding that exact one anywhere else. But, hey, there is always online shopping!

I am speachlessly impressed with their customer service. I purchased some hiking boots online that I had been shopping for close to 1 year. Their system originally stated that they were available when I pulled the trigger, but a couple of days later I recived an email that they had cancelled my order because they were out of stock. I wouldn't say that it was necessarily anyones fault, but more of a system error. (Still frustrating)

Their customer support team heard of the incident and called me a day later. Needless to say they went above and beyond in ensuring that they made the error right and were able to get me into a different pair of boots and they honored their original price.

My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars in products with them. All of their products are high end and well priced, we have always been happy when purchasing with them!

They earned a life long customer! Ya'll are awesome! Great Job Al's!!!!

I go here all the time. They have amazing deals and helpful employees. They have a good selection of sporting goods and sometimes other random fun things. I can't think of another better high end sporting goods store. Highly recommend.

Purchased a Thule XT XXL a year ago and didn’t realize it had missing hardware until I actually used it. Logan Utah site manager Colton and his team went above and beyond to help me locate a receipt, look into part options, and discuss warranties. I went in a few weeks ago for running shoes and the shoe associates were so helpful! They were super patient with answering my one million questions. Mallory (I think that's her name) was especially awesome!!

I went shopping at Al’s yesterday and Mike Swanton in the shoe department was incredibly helpful! His knowledge of the products was extensive and he left me feeling confident in my decision! I will definitely be coming back here!

The archery department goes above and beyond setting up your bow. Shoutout to Garrett who was awesome with my 9 year old. There’s also a great gentleman in the fishing department that I didn’t catch the name of.

Went to the corporate sale Al's holds. My goal was to purchase a ski rack. Britton and Mason Parkinson were the absolute MVP's: They helped me find what Ski Rack was compatible with my car and even helped me install it! They were patient with all my questions and are a huge reason I'll continue to shop at Al's.

Luke, Kel and Mark were incredible with my Hoyt Highline set up and purchase. Luke walked me through all the accessories and showed his knowledge for the sport, and Kel spent the time to make sure it was tuned to my personal preferences! Can’t recommend these guys enough, a thorough job takes time!

We ordered 34 pairs of shoes for the Fremont Volleyball team. Bailee and Katelyn were with us every step of the way. I missed two pairs of shoes on the initial order and they had them shipped directly from Nike to us. Coordinating shoes for this many girls, in a lot of sizes is difficult. Luckily, I had those two ladies to help me get it done. Thank You Al's, Bailee, and Katelyn for an amazingly smooth transaction.

I recently visited Al's and was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. Joseph, who worked at the winter sports department was knowledgeable about the products and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for.

What really stood out to me, however, was the kindness and genuine care he showed towards us. He took the time to listen to my needs and provided exactly what I needed. He patiently worked with us to find the right ski gears and adjusted according to our preference. I left the store feeling like a valued customer and was truly impressed by his commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Overall, the kindness and dedication of the staff truly sets them apart from other stores in the industry. Kudos to the team for a job well done! Staff members like Joseph really made Al's a wonderful place to shop.

Kind of the DisneyLand of sporting good retailers. I went in to purchase one kayak and walked out with two. I paid $139.00 for a Lifetime Daylite 96 sit-on kayak, 8’ long with a 250 lb. weight capacity…including paddle. I believe that is near cost. I was pleasantly surprised 🌊

Bailey was super helpful getting me set up with skis and everything I needed. Quickly and efficiently!

Way better than REI or all the other overpriced outdoor retailers. Al's is a quality shop with expert help and a great selection of top gear. I was very impressed. Best part is they had most items on sale. Picked up a couple Petzl headlamps for 25% off right before our relay race.

great gem! i think this store is better than any of the huge franchises out there! i think the customer service is par none and the prices are always the lowest. it won't surprise me if this store goes national to rival the big competitor's one day. try it out to compare and you'll wonder how it has stayed hidden for so long.

My son, myself and my daughter in law went in the store last night. This was my first time in the store. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness, and appearance. We were greeted by several different employees which is a huge plus. What sealed my 5 star review was that this company gives a generous military discount. I refuse to shop at Scheels or any other sporting goods store the will not honor and show thanks to our service members.
