My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle here ( 2018 Jeep grand Cherokee ) unlike any other dealership in Logan, Utah they do seem willing to negotiate price. I had a salesmen named Trevor Bowen and he went above and beyond getting me the price that made my wife and I feel comfortable with an important purchase for our growing family. He really went to bat for us with the finance managers and I appreciated his honesty and transparency, it was a breath of fresh air. Personally I liked him because the dealership makes everyone say hi and welcome in a super rehearsed way and Trevor just treats you like a buddy. When we bought the used car it only had 13,000 miles on it but it needed an oil change and a small dent pulled and he had it done the next day. Chris Wiley is another salesmen I would recommend also keeps it’s very honest and not forced. All in all best car sales lot experience in Logan, Utah. They will have my business in the future.

I personally have purchased 3 cars now from heritage. Every single time I have gone in, the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. There is a reason I have purchased my last 3 vehicles with these guys, they are amazing! My most recent purchase was with Kurtis, and he was amazing. Probably my favorite salesmen there actually! So knowledgeable about the vehicles, did not pressure me, made sure I was comfortable. Heritage is the way to go!

We bought a new car here last year and had a great experience. We also have a Jeep that we’ve had for quite some time that we bought elsewhere. The service department has been great for both vehicles. Friendly staff, clean waiting area, and thorough explanation of services necessary. I especially like the email/text communication so I don’t forget.

Service manager, and service team, took care of the needs of my truck. After pick up, there was a panel that wasn't fully installed, service team told me to come back at my convenience. Once I returned, they quickly rushed my vehicle back to address the vehicle with no issues. Very professional and fully accepted the error with quick repair.

I’m definitely always a tough sell. They will need to communicate somewhere come up with the best deal they can possibly come up with. The greatest part about heritage is they are already competitive with their prices so there’s no reason to really negotiate a deal. They’re very honest car salesman, Trevor Bowen is top of the line when it comes to getting you what you want in the very best customer service!

Had some recall work done on my Ram truck, the service department people were friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. The waiting area was nice and stocked with drinks and treats. They had me in on time per my appointment, and got me out within the amount of time they told me it would take.

Dave at Haritage is great, Allowing me time and space, I tool over 6 months to pick the perfect truck. He was always quick to answer correctly my detailed questions and never ignoring me. When I finally made my decision it was end of a very slow month and he was still very patient and let me wrap it up the beginning of the next month. He found the truck I wanted in my favorite color, it was at a salt lake dealership, he got it up here cleaned and had it sitting ready for me to sign and pick up, and due to scheduling it took me 3 days and Dave was supper chill never pestering or demand that I hurry in and finish the deal. Due to his connections with Heratige auto group he is now my sole source for all my Ram, Chevy, and Gmc needs. Yes you read it right he can hook you up with a Chevy or GMC too. Great place I'll be back.

Very low pressure. Trevor was prompt to respond to my questions and willing to put forth effort towards a possible sale that was not sure. The team at Heritage are good. I have worked with all the departments and they provide good services.

I thought my Ram pickup was not very long out of warranty. The driver’s sun visor broke. It shouldn’t have broken, but I thought I was out of luck anyway. Called Heritage just to make sure, and yes it was out of warranty. Unexpectedly, they offered to fix it for just a small fee rather than the full cost, which would have been significantly more. I brought it in, they were quick, kind and competent. They didn’t have to do that, and I appreciate it very much! Usually I don’t go to the dealer for service but next time I will give them a shot when I need a repair. Thanks Heritage!!

My family and I had a great experience with Heritage! We visited several dealers while search for a new vehicle and Hertiage was definitely the best! They are knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. Dave and Deacon were awesome to work with and we would recommend them to anyone.

Update: I recently traded in my wrangler for a Gladiator. Sales team was awesome. Finance team was awesome. Service team continues to be awesome. They've done a lift and some other work on my gladiator and it's been a great experience overall.

Kyle the service leader has a great demeanor and is excellent at solving problems. I will admit that I initially had a problem with my service advisor who shall remain unnamed. Kyle was instrumental in resolving the issue and I greatly appreciate it when people take issues seriously and fix the problem. I will continue to go here for my Jeep needs and would recommend them to others.

Everyone was great to work with. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I found a car that met and exceeded my needs and wants and needs for a great price. I truly felt that they prioritized customer satisfaction.

Trevor and Dave were both super helpful and communicative throughout the process. We ended up going a different direction with our vehicle purchase but still had a very positive experience at Heritage and would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future.

My tire started to noticeably lean air on the way to work so went to Jeep and I was helped by Dustin. He was very nice and they checked out my tires and found two tires with metal in them! They got it patched up and I was out of there in less than 2 hours (there was a line of at least 3 cars in front of me). Dustin kept me updated the whole time. I appreciated it! Definitely will continue to service my Jeep here.

Drove 2 hours to purchase a car here. Trevor was amazing to work with, he kept me updated on all vehicles that were in my price range, didn’t pressure me or use sales tactics. He was fair and honest throughout the whole process! Highly recommend, and will come here for future purchases.
