Great experience. I was getting some wheel bearings, grease, and seals for an old custom dump trailer named "Rusty" with an axle off who knows what. No make or model to go off of. This shorter woman with dark hair, super friendly, name starts with a T Tara?? Possibly! Anyway. She found everything. She had these measuring instruments, got these catalogs out, and got her hands all greasy. I was so impressed. They better hold on to that one. NAPA had it all. I was dreading doing that job, and it went like a breeze.

So helpful, accurate and friendly. Appreciate 7am to 7pm hours!

Sent a 57 flywheel in for a resurface. Was told it would be a week due to it being sent to the Dalles. That was no problem, no big hurry. After Joe inspected the flywheel he held up and called me with his inspection and told me it had a ring gear tooth issue. I appreciated the call so I could make a judgment call to do the job or not. Ultimately I had him replace the gear as well. Thanks Joe

Had a fantastic experience buying a battery. Got a great deal and our salesperson was so friendly and knowledgeable. Our local Napa recently closed but I'm more than willing to drive a little farther to go to this location because of their awesome customer service.

Went in last Thursday to pick up some new windshield wipers for my car. I didn’t know what kind to get so I asked for help and they helped me select the correct wiper blades for my car and sure enough they fit perfectly. Service was good.

This is the best NAPA that I have ever been to. The place is packed from wall to wall with awesome stuff and I was surprised at how they are selling a full line of Milwaukee cordless power tools.
I just learned you can buy non stained nor ripped used overalls there for around $16. They have a variety of sizes to choose from. I picked myself up a pair!

My husband's go-to auto parts store. They have been helping us for over 40 years. Staff is VERY knowledgeable and will do their absolute best to get you the right part at the very best price. And they will help you avoid mistakes.

Pretty small auto parts store but the owner is in store on a regular basis and these people are great. If they don’t have it they can normally get it pretty fast. Stop in and get what you need

These guys are cool helpful informative and I highly respect their opinion. Don't just think that they do not anything because they are behind a counter. Pat and the crew are a positive attitude and are ready to take your money they worth handing it over. Thanks Napa don't forget your hat. They also try hard to give a discount. This is where I get all my auto parts and accessories. They are well stocked, and in the event they don't have something you need, it can usually be brought over by courier that same day.
Helpful staff and great hours also make this a great store.

Quick and prompt service, had an excellent selection of traction devices and were able to take payment over the phone - this was important because it was mid snow storm and I needed to know the product would be there for me after travelling via mammoth.

I went to clean my car at the car wash next door to Napa Auto parts. I had already rolled up my windows when I decided to vacuum first. I got out of my car leaving the keys in the ignition, dog in the back seat and cellphone in the console. I accidentally closed the door. My dog locked it behind me. I went to Napa to use the phone and a very nice lady let me use the phone. Overhearing the message I left my husband, a nice man whose name I did not get, offered to help. It took him a couple of tries with various instruments, but he saved the day, and possibly my dog- it was about 80 that day. All with a smile! Thank you!!!!!!

Food was terrible. There were spark plugs in ny tacos but the guys at the counter were nice and the inked paper was delicious a d full of fiber

I went in it was fast and easy. The attendant immediately knew what i needed when i described the problem and i was able to return home and fix it not twenty minutes later.
