Mavis Discount Tire

Bryan and team helped me out at Mavis today pretty quickly. This has been my go to spot for oil changes since moving to the Hudson valley area. The customer service has always been really friendly and helpful. Also, I have ordered tires there in the past as well and no issues. Granted not every time is quick cause it depends on how many folks are getting serviced and what everyone is trying to get done (i.e. NY state inspection would be faster than alignment and oil change.) Just note, weekdays tend to be faster to turn around and they have WiFi.

I rolled over to the shop on a flat tire 15 minutes before closing & Brian immediately took my jeep in and plugged the tire. A very generous, and speedy service.
We will always come back to MAVIS. Super reliable guys!

I delt with agent Brian. I was promptly and perfessionalyl taken care of. Issue with my tire was fixed and I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Something I did not expect coming in at the end of the day, 6:30pm to be exact when workers are spent. I am a happy customer and I will return!!!

RJ and Chris were fantastic. Had my truck tire valve stem break. Lost all air in tire at 2:00am the previous morning. Pulled the wheel off and brought to Mavis the next morning and RJ was at the desk. Took me right in without an appointment. RJ and Chris had me all done in less than 15 mins. No charge.

Like going to a family reunion. Everyone was helpful and warm. Had to have the wipers replaced and was in and out very quickly. Larry was informative and Darren was comforting about the situation. Love this place. Had to drive 15 miles to it.

My family and I have been going here for almost 20 years now. I personally have sought service at Mavis for 4 different vehicles since 2012, oil changes, tire changes, inspection, etc. they have the most competitive prices in the area and they always are quick to provide me friendly and timely service. I find them to always be honest and helpful in answering all my questions and the staff is very friendly and thorough!

So I had a horrible and scary experience on the road where my tire completely came off.. I was so worried and stressed, I got towed to this Mavis in Fishkill NY and honestly, this was the best Mavis I’ve ever been to. Everyone who talked with me was not only helpful, but assured me that everything would be okay and that they would take care of me and my car. Larry was the first person I spoke on upon arrival and he did an excellent job making me feel calm in a scary situation. I am very thankful for these guys and their kindness towards me. Larry deserves a raise if you ask me!!

Working up in Fishkill at the moment and ran into problems with my car. I was able to walk in on a Saturday and be seen, they were also able to inspect my car for me. Donna, at the front desk, was super kind and inviting. The service was very quick, and the staff offered helpful explanations as to what was happening with my car. Thank you again!

After my wife’s car broke down Mavis has been nothing but top notch with their customer service and also helping us with the price by a lot! A++++ service and staff, you have definitely earned lifetime customers! One of the best staff members I have ever met in any business I have to give a huge compliment to is Bryan, he deserves a raise…great job man!

This location has restored my faith in this brand as I have had previous experiences that were not becoming. If you wish to be treated fairly and professionally then Imam who assisted us and the management staff were beyond accommodating. Do not go to any other location but this is one on Route 9 in Fishkill.

This place is great. The technician Larry made a last minute appointment for me right before closing time. The mechanic Bryan fixed my tire in less than 20 minutes and I was back on the road. I would highly recommend this place. Great and efficient service. 5 stars!

I hit a pothole on Fishkill Avenue late on a Sunday afternoon. While I waited for AAA, I called Mavis in Fishkill and spoke to Larry and Ray. I told them that I was going to need a new tire and that I was waiting for a tow, and they assured me that if I got there by 5 PM (their closing time), they would stay late and get a new tire onto my car to get me back on the road. The tow took FOREVER -- and I made it literally with minutes to spare. In the meantime, Larry had gone to get the tire and had it down in the garage when I finally arrived. The service was quick, efficient and professional -- and the staff at Mavis stayed late on a Sunday to help me. I cannot recommend Mavis (and this particular location) enough -- they were so kind and willing to go the extra mile to help me! Five stars all around, and huge kudos to Larry and Ray for saving the day!

I have started coming to this location after I found a mechanic that used to work on my car when I first got it. I recommend you bring your car to her, her name is A'jashea. She used to make my car feel brand new and still does. I am so happy that I found her again! She takes care of your car and provides you with the honesty every car owner is looking for. I came for my inspection and questioning why I was losing air in my tire. She found a nail! The overall wait was around 5 to 10 minutes. The front desk associate was friendly. The weighting area is big, and they do have a place for children to play if you need to bring the kids along. Overall I enjoy that she is working on my car, and will continue to come and recommend my friends/family to her.

Best experience ever. The service was quick and efficient. Last minute tire and oil change. Brian was great. Very honest and helpful. Ray was patient and answered all my questions even though it was passed closing time. I'm Thankful.

Ray and JJ were very professional and courteous with dealing with helping with my tire rotation and tire replacement. They explained everything really well and were super helpful. I highly recommended going here for any repairs you need.

By far the best mavis Ive been too. Called and spoke to Larry on the phone who told us they’d be more than welcome to help even though they closed in 10 minutes. And Brian worked fast yet efficient to help with my flat tire to get us in and out. Thanks so much to you both!! And all the day before thanksgiving too👏🏼👏🏼

We came in first thing Sunday to replace a punctured tire. They didn't have our tire in stock but had it delivered early Tuesday morning, then replaced it expertly and quickly. They even looked for any discount they could to save me a little money! We've been using Mavis in Fishkill for years for tires and will continue to do so.

Awesome experience, very professional and accommodating staff. I had work done on my damaged tire and, even though they were busy, they took my appointment and got the work done on my car in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location.

JJ was so helpful during my visit to Mavis in fishkill. He was kind, helpful and trustworthy. Chris and Ray were a big help as well. Thank you guys! Will definitely be coming back for future needs.
