Jeff S. is such a well spoken intellectual. He absolutely made my day and helped my family so much. As someone who has social anxiety he was so easy to communicate with and was very throughly informative. I’m so happy I received his help and knowledge today! Thanks again Jeff! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at The Verizon store in Fishkill. I was assisted by Monica who is knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful. She took the time to answer all my questions with a full explanation. She was tremendous. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a phone, tablet or any other device. Beyond all that, his friendliness and patience was remarkable. Jeff took the time (and it was a lot) to set up our new phones and transfer service from another provider. Excellent customer service!! Switching to Verizon from T-mobile. Jeff got us all the discounts possible, explained everything thoroughly and was so patient as we made our choices even though it took us multiple visits to manage the process (we needed the multiple visits, not Verizon) Nikki very knowledgeable on all the latest gadgets. The store can be busy on weekends, but making appointments is easy!!

I'm specifically posting this positive review due to how poorly my mom was treated in Bethesda, MD. Her bad experience makes me truly appreciate what a positive experience I had. Staff at this store was attentive and courteous. The individual that assisted me stuck with me throughout the job. Fantastic customer service! Clean and organized, it was a pleasure to visit. It is nice to know if I have problems, we have such a good store to visit locally. Keep it up!

This is my favorite Verizon location. Today I went in to the store to see if they could fix a problem I was having with my SIM. Jeff helped me out and fixed the issue right away. He also went above and beyond and saved me some money on my Apple subscriptions. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and helpful.

I Bought my iPhone 14 pro here. Amazing service and they had my phone in stock in store! Definitely coming back for more products.

My husband & I want to thank Kris & Greg for their outstanding customer service today!! My husband is going through a health crisis & being a senior desperately needs an operational cell phone. We had an issue with his older phone, so Verizon sent us a refurbished phone which was under his warranty. Unfortunately after 4 hrs on phone call to Verizon tech support which was outsourced, we were unable to complete transfers of files. So we went to Verizon in Fishkill. Not only were these two employees courteous & extremely helpful, they were patient and kind. So much so, my husband decided to upgrade to a Galaxy S23. My husband is unable to stay home alone; so I initially went to an independent Verizon Store 5 minutes from where we currently live in Brewster. The girl that works there, Francesca was a snotty, rude "B" word. I walked out of that store very upset. She would benefit taking lessons from the employees in Fishkill store!! We used to reside in Fishkill, always went to the Fishkill store for all our phone needs prior to covid. This is the ONLY Verizon store we will go to from now on, regardless of the 1/2 hr drive. Again Greg &Kris our deepest gratitude! You saved the day. Verizon super heroes! With gratitude Michael & Marlene.

Went here with my wife. Greeted my a gentleman when we walked in. He asked us what we needed help with. Set us up with an appt. Within 10 mins our agent came over. She asked a lot of great questions and listened to what my wife needed.
We got a great phone at a price point we were looking at.
Def will visit again.

Alara (Verizon Fishkill Rep) embodies what customer service is. She is an extraordinary individual; very knowledgeable, super helpful and kind. Alara took the time to clearly explain the different phone plans and options available to us and understood everything. She's just amazing!

Okay, so we all know just walking into a Verizon store raises your BP a good 10 points, right? And then you hear the dreaded “We will add you to the queue, there’s about 8 people ahead of you” You’re thinking “okay, this is it, this is how it happens, this is the end.” I walked in on a Saturday which I knew wasn’t a good idea but it was my only free day and I really needed to upgrade my iPhone 7, yes you read that right, 7, and was told there would be about an hour and a half wait- they like everyone else, are short staffed, so I do feel for them, 😕 but they can text me when it’s my turn and I have about 10 minutes to get back into the store-Now I think that’s a great feature considering I couldn’t even play around on my phone, check e-mails, nothing because there was no cell service in the store. Okay so after about 45 minutes it was my turn! Yah, not the 90 minute wait I was originally told, that was amazing! Another amazing thing that happened was the employee that helped me, Jalene! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the phones and the options I had with my plan. She tried to find the best deal for me and made sure I knew all the perks that came with my specific plan. She even found a way to get a few dollars off my bill each month! She made the whole ordeal that I was dreading, not suck 😂 For some reason upgrading a phone usually takes hours, after your extremely long wait, but she was quick and efficient. I would definitely return to that store and wouldn’t mind waiting just to have her help me again!

I spoke with a supervisor at this location today about a billing issue. I had been dealing with the main Verizon customer service for months with no support, but Amy at this store was amazing and fixed all of my issues! Jessie also helped me with watch purchases a few months prior, and she was amazing as well. So professional and friendly. They made me feel like a valued customer! Don’t hesitate to go to this location, they are great!

I went to get assistance on syncing my contacts to my Apple Watch. The staff was attentive and ready to assist. Nicki and David were very helpful and didn’t give up until the problem was fixed. Prior to this, I had to reset my phone and watch about 4 times with the Verizon tech coach including 3 hours of wait time. Thanks for handling my issue promptly.

As much as I dislike the format of this place and the company itself I gotta hand it to the staff. They were friendly and competent and they corrected my issue without the usual 20 questions and up-selling attempts! Oh, and a special shout out to Amy. She has helped me a number of times and even put up with my cranky self!😆

Upgraded our phones & we went into the store to pick out some accessories. We were greeted by Jeff. It was such a pleasurable experience working with him and had to have been the friendliest, relatable, and patient salesperson we have ever had the privelage of working with at a Verizon store. We experienced some technical difficulties but he was more than happy to work with us and resolve the issue.

Great Experience. I have been to many Verizon stores. This one provided an exceptional experience. Clean, neat and a very short wait. Alicia, our service rep was more than spectacular. She really went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. New phone, new line, new plan. She deserves a raise!
