Amazing customer service. I cannot sing their praises enough. They went above and beyond when fixing my computer and answered all my questions (no matter how dumb I felt asking them) very knowledgeable about the industry they are in. They will tell you honestly what the best course of action is to give you the best results possible for whatever situation you find yourself in.

After being hacked I went to Vinton Computers to have my computer cleaned up. While I was there, I spoke with Chris and based on what my computer needs were, he recommended another computer with a larger monitor and wireless keyboard and mouse. All of the staff have been great helping this non-tech granny make the most of my new computer features. I love asking questions instead of typing them! Thank you, Vinton Computer staff!

My computer recently died. I went to Vinton Computer and they gave me their honest assessment and I purchased a new computer and gave me a good trade in on my old one. They sent out on of their techs Jamal and he did a fantastic job of installation of my new system. He also answered all the questions we had. VC made it so easy as they transferred all of our files.

My computer had issues with security and slowing down, took it in (was 10+ yr old) and it could only marginally be fixed. They showed me new one. The men are so informative and knowledgeable. Got great price on new one and they came to my house to make sure everything worked! Was a wonderful experience!

These folks are the best! I called them at 5:30 on Friday evening, in a panic because I'd done something stupid and fallen for a phishing email. By Saturday afternoon at 2:00, it was repaired and back in my house and down only $99! They even threw in Office 2007 because they noticed that my Office subscription was about to run out. I don't need the latest-greatest version so that was a very nice bonus! Very knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks, guys!

Such a great experience. When I walked in I was a wreck thinking I had lost all my pictures and documents on my Chrome but thanks to Chris Duncan I left feeling so thankful. He worked and was determined to fix my issues. Thank you Chris. You and your staff are awesome! Loved your determination.

My laptop stopped coming on so I took it to Vinton Computer fully expecting to have to by a new one. Jamie greeted me right away, listened to my story, took my laptop back to their work area. After maybe 10 minutes he informed me i just needed a new battery. Saved me hundreds of dollars - and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Great place to get help with any PC issue!

Vinton Computer took my computer, analyzed it, gave me options for repair/replacement, moved all of my files, and got me up and running by the end of the day. I highly recommend their services. Professional and thorough.

I was traveling and had to get my computer serviced. I explained the issues to Robert who spent the next 20 minutes fixing it. In addition to their amicability and competence, they didn't charge me a penny, even after I insisted on paying them. The visit reminded me of the old days in small towns when folks just took the time to help neighbors that needed it. Wonderful company!

About three years ago they fixed my Asus laptop hard drive and it has worked wonderfully since then. Until now. Took it in and it was a whole different issue (my fault 🙄), which they immediately and completely fixed!!! They are the absolute best!!!

Vinton Computer put a new solid state terabyte drive in my Mac. It only took 4 days, and my Mac has never run this well! The price was very fair and they charged me their cost on several items. They were very professional and did a terrific job!

I had very tight specifications for what I was looking to buy, and although it took a couple trips to finalize my purchase of a refurbished laptop that fit all of them (they were tracking down the proper parts, including a different keyboard), they went above and beyond to come through, including great communication throughout! During my trips, I had conversations with 4 different people there, including the owner, and everyone was focused solely on what I needed and wanted, and none of them ever tried to upsell me or change what I was looking for to make things easier for them.

It was a PHENOMENAL experience.
