Dunkin'

Convenient location with good service. Coffee is always good and they always make me delicious avocado toast. Amanda is awesome! (All the staff are!)They're my favorite Dunkin! I really appreciate them!

We went through the drive through and ordered some donuts, but they were out of some of our favorites. We got our order and they had given us some extra treats as a consolation for not having some others. I had mentioned that I really enjoyed their coconut donuts and the lady at the window came back with 3 of them and gave them to me.

The staff there are always nice and seem happy to be there. One of the ladies was celebrating her birthday and the whole shift was in on it and had party hats on and looked happy.

A few years ago, I came through and in conversation lamented that I had hoped to get a specific kind of donut (my coconut favorite again) and the lady working that day made me some.

When I talk Dunkin Donuts in Roanoke/Vinton area - I talk about this one because they are the premier location. I drove by several locations to come to this one. They have my highest possible recommendation.

I've had a lot of hits and misses with this place over the years, but they've gotten a lot better recently. Sometimes you do have to wait a long time in the mornings, but overall I've been very pleased with my coffees. And they seem to not be running out of things so much recently. Overall, the customer service is really good in the staff there lately seems to be really nice.

Dunkin is a local and very convenient place to stop to treat my little ones and also myself. I am an ice coffee junkie and love earning points for free drinks. I then usually get the mocha iced coffee because I dont typically spend $5+ one one beverage there considering I have 5 others who want drinks and yummy donuts.

Brittany and Amanda were just absolutely wonderful. They messed up something small on my order and in return gave me a free donut and was very apologetic and very good at customer service. One of the best duncans I've been to hopefully their managers see this and give them a well-deserved raise.

I love Dunkin coffee. Have for years !! Their people are cheerful, helpful ! My little dog goes with me and gets excited when he sees where we are, he looks forward to a "puppy cup" and joyfully consumes it. I'm glad they started this for him. He actually gets disappointed if they have someone on who doesn't know and he doesn't have it. Thanks Dunking I'll keep visiting.

Customer service here is the best! This is a new location and they're still training people and working out the kinks but every time, no matter what, the service is great. Everyone is very friendly and does their best to make sure you leave happy. One morning my On the Go order didn't go through right (left out one of the coffees I ordered) so he made it for me right then and handed it to me at no charge. He made my day!

This morning they were out of large iced drink cups (said they were waiting for the delivery within the hour) so they offered me a few options to get my large coffees. When I got my coffees I feel certain that I got more than I'd ordered, as they gave me a medium and a small to replace the large. They said, "We want to do whatever makes you happy." My new favorite Dunkin' location!

I don't know who the man is that takes the orders through the drive through but each morning I have gone there to get a coffee he has been EXTREMELY nice and cheerful, it really puts you in a good mood first thing in the morning. The girls are the window are always super nice too! It's definitely a refreshing experience from all the other drive through, they add a little extra touch to where I don't have to pick between where I want to go for my coffee, it's always Dunkin in Vinton.

WHOEVER made my pumpkin spice latte this morning knew exactly what they were doing. not only was it GORGEOUS but it was also the best coffee i have ever drank in my entire life. 10/10

Love my dunking. Everyone always friendly. They are fast for the most part very seldom wait in line long.

They are the best Dunkin Donuts ever. So friendly and down to earth people, I have had nothing but great service from this one in Vinton Va. Good job guys keep it up you have me as a customer for a long time. 🙂🙂

I've never been a big Dunkin' Donuts fan because my family has always bought doughnuts at Krispy Kreme, but I've started going here for coffee over going to Starbucks. I AM IN LOVE!!! The food and beverages are amazing. It's cheaper, faster, and the employees are unbelievably kind. I would most definitely recommend 10/10.

So good... Great service awesome donuts and the new cotton candy coolatta is the bees knees! Only one suggestion my mom LOVES toasted coconut donuts and we can't find em in or anywhere around Roanoke or Salem... But it's OK it didn't cost u guys a star😀

The gentleman that waited on me this morning was so wonderful and kind....I didn't catch his name but I sure said a prayer for him to God for the blessing... He did a wonderful job making my hot coffee and my iced coffee... And had such a generous and contagious enthusiasm...awesome!!!

This was my first time going to this Dunkin's Donuts. It was nice, clean and because is located in a shopping center. Plenty of parking and they have a drive thru window.

This place is on point. I've only been able to come by twice, but both times I've come the coffee has been fresh and the service has been friendly. I've been to a couple bad dunkin's, but this one great 👌🏻 Thank you all for your hard work!

About time one comes to Vinton! I miss Dunkin Donuts so much being a native New Yorker...there was only one here on Franklin Rd. Too far away to go there regularly. Now we have this one in Vinton and one on Orange Ave 460.... About time they get more of these down here. The one in Vinton here is excellent..always have doughnuts a great atmosphere and friendly service. Thank You

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!! Absolutely the best place to get coffee. The Manager Fahmee is the best he is always friendly. Vinton Dunkin' is the best. Go see them fast & friendly!!!!
