Super friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable in the trades and parts to fix everything. Wasn't even sure what I needed exactly but with the pieces I took with me they were able to put together exactly what I needed and told me how to install it and it worked perfectly. Without their helpful staff I would have ended up needing a plumber to get my hot water going.

They carry the cutest watchover voodoo doll keychains.

Have just about everything I would need cashiers are friendly but other staff could be more helpful and friendly service not so great

Gracie at the Vinton Northwest Hardware helped me with a propane tank issue and she ordered me a grill cover for my new 36" Blackstone 4 burner sear grill. Great place to get all my weekend "Honey Do" items without having to drive into town.

GREAT PEOPLE!!! I just went there the other day to purchase a Christmas present for my parents who are moving to the area. I bought two Adirondack chairs and small table from them THINKING I would be able to fit them into my SUV. When they didn't fit, the manager asked for where I was trying to get with them. Since it was only about a 10 minute drive from the store, they brought the chairs over FOR FREE! I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service! 10/10!

8/27/22 This Ace Hardware continues to get better and better. Staff are very well informed about the products they offer and are quick to help with questions. Wish this location was bigger so that the could continue to grow their product lines.
