Our purchase needs were handled very poorly by an employee and was accosted. Management did nothing to resolve this very unprofessional situation. Even tried to apologize to set a good tone but employee was arrogant, rude, and insulting and walked away from us. Highly recommend you go to another shop that will be professional.

Answering customer service below: This is an issue I wanted to solve locally but management appears to have declined my offer from repeated attempts starting the day we were accosted (initially manager responded then went silent).

Amy was extra helpful setting up and explaining my new phone and the billing for it. I went back for a 2nd phone and got a great deal on both. She set up the Bluetooth in my car for my old and new phone.

BEST CELLPHONE PURCHASE EVER! Several months ago, my wife and I went to look at purchasing the new Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra. We received the best customer service. Our sales rep was Vince Cole. His knowledge of Android and Apple phones was very impressive. His customer service was outstanding.
I purchased the Samsung s23 Ultra. He even helped me get a phone with 512 GB storage. He was so helpful that my wife purchased the Apple iPhone 14 Pro Max as well. I've never purchased a cellphone that I got exactly what I wanted without some compromise. Vince understood exactly what I wanted. We were able to get all accessories that we wanted as well. Then he transferred our apps from existing phones and set them up exactly the way we wanted. Now a day's, this is very unusual to get this kind of customer service and satisfaction.

Very nice representative, Amy. Was a great salesperson, she is very helpful and knowledgeable about her job. No pressure sales person. Had a problem very next day, went to her and she quickly dissolved the problem. Nice to deal with. I would recommend her and this store to anyone, Keep up the good work :)

My experience today with Brandon Washburn was amazing. Not only was he quick and efficient his customer service was absolutely out of this world. We had to transfer 3 phones which can take a while, he gave my kids candy and puzzles to play with. He made the experience enjoyable by communicating and interacting with us during our wait. He also made sure we understood exactly how the new bill would be reflected and made sure we all got the phones we wanted. He made sure we had the accessories and extras we needed as well. If you’re looking for a consistent Verizon representative to work with I absolutely recommend Brandon.

Jacob helped straighten out a huge mess for my family involving three different cell phones. Our situation was very complex, but he understood our issues immediately and offered to help in any way that he could. He went above and beyond to help resolve our problems, spending nearly an hour on the phone with corporate to get things resolved. He seemed to genuinely care about helping us, which is a rare thing these days, and he refused to stop until all our phones and service were functioning properly. I very rarely review businesses, but felt compelled to share the great experience we had at this Verizon location and from Jacob in particular. He is a class act and I highly recommend paying him a visit if you’re in the market for phones or phone service.

Just got a new IPhone there. Vincent Cole took good care of us. I’m very pleased with it and I recommend him. He was very knowledgeable about newest phones and patient, as this is my 1st Apple phone. Great service!

Vincent was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and ultimately purchased. We actually ended up purchasing 2 phones and Google pixel watch. Would recommend him to anyone in need of help when making a decision for any of their products.

Just wanted to comment on the EXCELLENT service I received when I stopped in at the Verizon location at 901 Hardy Road, Vinton, VA today. One of my e-mail accounts had been hacked. Any Keith, one of the sales associates spent a lot of time with me today to delete the hacked account. Changed all the passwords on all Apple devices, phones and I/Pad that I have purchased from Verizon. Also changed passwords for I-Cloud and made sure that all systems, automatic backup programs worked properly. Sent me a TEST message on the two remaining e-mail accounts to let me know that they were in fact operating correctly. Also called me on my cell phone which was most important as she turned up the volume up so I could hear better. Keep in mind I am not the brightest bulb in the set as I am in my 70’s. I would highly recommend this Verizon store, especially Amy Keith, for any phone or I-Pad issues. 🇺🇸

Stopped at store today. My phone had died. Chris was very helpful with me getting the phone I needed and the best plan for me. He was very pleasant to deal with and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a phone and plan.

This verizon store is such a great location! Chris helped me with deals on brand new phones and even ordered a phone and a watch they didn't have in stock, and I have it in hand 3 days later! Great, friendly staff, clean store with a great location

I typically do not write reviews but after my experience last Sunday I definitely need to. I went into the store with a complicated transaction and it took over an hour and a half to get it resolved. The entire time I was helped by Donald and his customer service was excellent. He was professional at all times, even when it was frustrating. He explained everything as it was happening so I knew exactly what was going on. He followed up the next day to make sure that things were going as he told me they would be. I feel like a valued customer and I won't forget that. Thank you, Donald!

Went into the store tonight and Kacey was extremely helpful. We had to come off of a corporate account and onto a personal one. She was able to get it done, and our phones upgraded, and stayed past closing time to get us finished. Great customer service and a lot of fun to do business with.

The quality of service we received from Amy Keith at the Hardy Rd store was beyond our expectations yesterday! We had a lot of decisions to make and she was smart on the ball and knew how and what to do to fit our needs and our budget! Verizon you really have an EXCELLENT young woman working for you. I had the sales person Doug Hurst. He was so helpful! He made sure I received everything with my new phone, there were no hassles whatsoever! That's a big deal for me! He explained the warranty and all I needed to do. He is a big asset for Vinton Verizon, I hope he stays there and he needs a raise! Thank you so much for your expertise and helpfulness.

My fiancé and I went into the store to get on a plan together. We were greeted by Doug and Chris! They were very professional and took care of all of our needs and more! We had our two young children and it’s always stressful taking them into place. My children don’t like anyone!!!! But they absolutely loved them! Both of them talked and played with our children while we picked out our phones and did the entire process! Both of them stayed an hour after the store closed to make sure that our phones where good to go and we didn’t have any questions!!! This place is absolutely amazing customer service! Family friendly and beyond what I ever expended before walking in the door! And listen.....if MY kids liked them then they are pretty amazing people! Thank you so much Chris and Doug for going above and beyond for us!
