Can't say enough good things about this place. As soon as younwalk into the door the treat you so kind are on it for whatever you need. They are VERY helpful. They hire young kids for there first jobs. The store has everything inside. There slogan is Gill Roy's Got It! Is definitely true. I have never went in here and they didn't have what I needed or they could order it and have it here in like one day. Great people 👏 👍 that work here. Love small businesses ❤.

Greeted by their very friendly "Counter Cat"! Found exactly what I was after and was in and out in 5 mins. Going back tomorrow!

Great hardware store. Large inventory for a small store. More expensive than big box stores but much better service. They know their products and take you directly to them when you walk in the door.

The staff is very knowledgeable. You go in tell them what you need or are trying to do and they lead you to the isle for what you need. If they don't have exactly what you need they do make suggestions on what else may work or even where you might go to get what you need. 99% of the time they have what you need.

Had to stop in for a furnace filter,was greeted with friendly and helpful service. Makes shopping so much easier to just get and get out and not have to wonder where help is

Gill Roy's is the type of store your grandfather talks about, from the era when business cared about their customers and community. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Every time I walk in the door I'm greeted and offered help finding whatever I'm be looking for.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about what they sell. Friendly and professional service. They make sure you get exactly what you need for the job you are doing.

Wow!!! I love this place. I always forget about it until I’m in great need and once again they saved the day. Personal service and they literally have everything I meed. Cut glass for a replacement window while I waited and walked around the store with me explaining the difference of the 5 types of caulk.

Ok I called Bella who cashed me out and asked her if she could ask one of the boys to cut me another piece of glass. Her reply was “of’course, it will be ready when you get here”. Omg where do you get this type of service???? Amazing!!

Highly recommend this store. Service so friendly by the time you leave you’re calling everyone by their name. I’m actually looking forward to my next return.

They are quick at the door asking if you need help..
I choose them over Home Depot because they do not support LGBT or abortion...

They have a small town "We're here to help" feel. The last time I was in Gilroy's I had a custom project that needed I couldn't figure out. Matt helped me find all the parts I needed to get the job done.

Great local place to shop for hardware. They have most everything you need and you don't need to walk through 30 aisles of stuff you don't want to find it. Always someone standing there to help you find what you need.

Great local business! Spent an hour just talking to the manager and explaining the store with my young son. My son can't wait to go back! Dad too!

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my hardware needs. They are great when in a bind when fixing things. Thanks to the gentleman there, I was able to fix my grand parents sink drain.
