Rite Aid

Recieved my Flu shot from JaKayla on Saturday. So fast and easy!! She didn't even leave a bruise! I had no arm pain or side effects ❤ This is my favorite Rite Aid!

Don't know about all the hate the pharmacy staff gets, I've not had a problem and I've been picking up here/asking questions for about a year now. They always try their best to help me and are usually super quick.

I took a friend to the drive thru window today for a scheduled covid test. The young lady who waited on us couldn't have been nicer. She talked us thru the test and was very patient with us.

Picked up prescriptions

Pharmacy is awful. I was the only one in line, and was told I need an appointment to get a vaccine.The truth was, she was just too lazy. The gate by the registers was jammed, and she'd have to walk 20 feet to it to ring anything up.

I didn't feel that my concerns got the attention they deserved. I'm quite sure a mistake was made on the price of my prescription. I checked with my doctor later and a mistake had indeed been made. I ended up having it called in to another pharmacy.

Manager Kathy is very rude to employees, the way she talks to them and treats them, she doesnt do anything herself and does NOT know how to do her job. Poor selection of managers with the last one and this one.

I’ve been here multiple times and probably 1 out of 10 times has the pharmacist actually been pleasant to me. One pharmacist accused me of not taking my medication because it had been awhile since I picked it up. It feels like every time I go here the pharmacy staff is rude and they just seem like they hate their job.

Husband dropped off two prescriptions for me after extensive tendon repair surgery.
One being a pain med, the other an antibiotic.
They made him feel like they suspected fraud telling him the paper scripts from the hospital looked photocopied. (?? Whatt??) very frustrating! Then told him they couldn't fill the antibiotics since my insurance wouldn't cover ( a 6 dollar prescription) they were extremely rude and short with him.
I'll take my business to wallgreen/CVS!
