Big Lots

I was in line with cart full, gentleman behind me had 2 items. I offered for him to go before me. He declined saying he works there was going on break. He realized the customer ahead of me at register might be a few minutes. So he got out of line. Logged back into his register and checked me out, delaying his break time. I appreciate his consideration for providing such great customer service

It was my first time there, so i was unfamiliar with the store and its items so I had lots of questions and the staff couldn't have been any nicer, they never once made me feel like a bother, in fact a couple of times the associate took the time out to accompany to where the item was. When inquiring about a furniture item, the young man who was the man working that area, was friendly and respectful.
I've had a bad experience, Walmart on Flatbush being a very recent experience, but in my humble opinion, big lots has hired well, give those folks a raise!

The store is very big and has a lot of items to sofas, food toys and stuff for pets. There were some good sales, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I really like this Big Lots. It's very organized and neat. It doesn't have a lot but it has a good amount of everything. We looked at furniture, specifically mattresses. They had very good options at a very good price. They had a very good deal with delivery. They even have an option to deduct right for my payroll if I would like to do something like that. I really was impressed with the service from Brenson, hope that's his name or I'm saying it wrong and sorry, but he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back to speak with him and do business. Keep up the great work and I wish there would be more store reps like u.

Got some great deals the entire store was 20% off and it made the deals even better always find something your looking for even if you wasn't going there looking for it. Love the store employees are always friendly and pleasant, inform you on deals they have going on and deals that are happening on the weekend 👍👌✌👍.

Big Lots has deals on many items which you will not get anywhere. There are good number of deals on furniture items as well. We went there to buy trolleys and are very much satisfied with the product. We wouldn't have got that item anywhere for that price.

The store has EVERYTHING I was there 3 days in the row lol the team members were more than amazing Felix helped me carry all my heavy items and Jessica was very kind and informative made me feel welcome Samantha rang me out and set off my day with a great conversation ❤

It has awesome deals price are affordable in every department they even sell furniture its cheap but for a person with a restricted buget and granted you take care of your stuff it might last awhile
