Heather was an absolute hero for my family and I yesterday. She is patient, empathetic, and eager to help. She brought back a lot of faith in these larger corporations for me. While they often make us feel like numbers and lack the human element, Heather made me feel heard and respected while she resolved our issues. Can't thank her enough!

Dana was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated his service very much. The only negative aspect of the service was the length of time it took to update data to the new phone. It took a few hours and I had to leave both phones in the store for a chunk of time. Not sure that anyone could have fixed that...

Dalton Jarvis is by the best customer service rep I’ve ever had to deal with especially since having to deal with phone sales people usually sucks. Thoroughly impressed by his communication skills and ability to create such a fun experience. 11/10 would work with him again

Everyone at the Buffalo Verizon office was pleasant and knowledgeable. Heather was very patient with what turned out to be a complicated transfer and upgrade to my new iPhone. Thanks for such a great team!

My husband’s phone died so we went in to replace it. I ended up getting a new phone too. They were super nice and helpful with recovering the data of dead phone and transferring all of my data over. We had a great experience and I highly recommend them!

Very helpful! Answered all of my questions-and my questions she did not have answers to she found someone quickly and efficiently to answer them for her. I now understand my international calling fees on my upcoming trip and have a new screen protector on order. Thank you ladies!

The gentleman who helped me (I don’t remember his name) was extremely helpful and patient with me given the fact that I didn’t remember the specifics of my Apple Watch. I’m from out of town and have needed to use this store several times. The service has been great every time I’ve been there.

Fantastic customer service. Dana answered all of my questions and then some! Set up my new phone, transferred all my information and then deactivated my old phone upon trade in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Jessica was so helpful. We were not sure if we were going to switch from AT&T but after talking with her we decided to switch and she took care of everything. We bought the accessories for our new phones. Really appreciated all her help!

We have always had great experiences at this Verizon. Dalton was great. My sons screen was broken, and glitching like a strobe light. He helped us with a new one, and made sure all of his photos and contacts were still there 👍🏻

What do you know? Right on main st. Almost missed it, thanks google. You can pay your bill here at this nice place. Don't flirt to much you might want to stay.

Needed a new IPad Mini and Jacob did an outstanding job. He had to order it from another store and did so in a timely manner. Jacob was friendly, receptive and very knowledgeable. He got me fixed up with no problems, not like some other Verizon stores I have been to. Thank you Jacob, you deserve a raise!

I came to the store to purchase a new phone. I started with Frank, who was very kind, and he got me started. When I needed a PIN number, I had to run home to find it. When I came back, Frank was busy, so I saw Jacob. He took me through the rest of the process, answered all my questions, and encouraged me to call or come back if I had any problems or questions. Both men did a great job.

Jessica was a great help and knowledgeable in what we needed to get our phones updated. Jessica was also humorous and excited when things worked out for us.

They are always nice a nd helpful to me. I am changing from Verizon to Pure Talk , because of price considerations. Will AllCell help me with that ? Or are they
solely Verizon ?

I was having major technical trouble trying to switch back to Verizon. I had been to another store and tried via Verizon's phone line. The other store I went to wouldn't wait or help me and I still couldn't get service set up. At this store, Jessica went the extra mile and stayed with me for the tech assistance special line and got my account set up. I really appreciate it!

Jacob in Buffalo, Wyoming was very helpful when I brought in my phone that had a broken charging port. He tested it and then took the proper steps on contacting Apple to ship me my new phone! He was very polite and professional the whole time and I am VERY satisfied with his expert knowledge and skills.
