Broke down while on vacation. Shannon R. Helped us out. Our travelling partners broke down as we were leaving Buffalo. Limped back to Buffalo and got back to the store at 4.30 pm on Sunday. Shannon again helped us out. She gave us her personal phone number in case we had any more problems after they closed at 5. We did and she came back to the rescue. A big shout out to Shannon and the rest of the staff. Thank you.

I met Shannon at O’Rellys Auto Parts store in Buffalo Wyoming in search of new wiper blades for my motorhome. After we determined what blades would work I purchased them and. Once I got back to my motorhome I discovered the jay hook was wider than the new blade connectors. I went back to O’Reillys to return the blades I had purchased. Shannon was very disappointed about the fact the blades would not work. We took a look at the new blades and Shannon realized that the connectors on my old blades would fit on the new blades. Problem solved. Shannon went above and beyond what customer service is all about. Thank you.

I'm not overstating when I say that this is the most helpful parts store I've ever visited. They went out of their way to diagnose, get parts, and get us going again. If you're traveling through for vacation, or live near Buffalo, stop here first.

We want to especially thank Micheal who went above and beyond in helping us when we were stranded on the interstate outside Buffalo. God bless you and we recommend this store for the great customer service.

While trying to complete a 10 hour road trip one of our cars started overheating like crazy and couldn't make it into town. Kurt and Michael thought of everything that could be wrong, told us what to look for in the car, and they got us what we needed to limp it into town. Once in town they helped us to find the leak, got us the leak stop, answered questions, and helped us to get on our way as soon as possible and in the best condition possible. Thanks yall!!
