This is my neighbor Ace, and I’m thankful for all that work here. They are kind, helpful (without being in your face), and personable. Doc helped me sharpen some of my father in laws knives, and he was really cool about it.

Excellent customer service. I come in about every three months to get my AC filter and everyone’s always so nice and polite and willing to help me. I really appreciate that good customer service. I'll always shop with Ace 👋

I just needed a small piece of plastic pipe. The manager took the time to cut it to length & gave me a very good price. He cared about solving my problem first & he did. I plan to buy a mower come spring & will go here. Thank you, Denny

I would give more stars if I could! The staff at Benbrook Ace Hardware went above and beyond to help us with our purchase. Employees even came in on their day off to help load our very heavy equipment.i can not give them enough praise!

The manager, Chris, is absolutely awesome. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. He got our Stihl chainsaw working again and gave us a full walkthrough on how to operate and maintain it which we did NOT get when we bought it from United Ag & Turf. Hands down, any other Stihl product we buy will come from them. On another note, their bolt selections put Home Depot to shame. We appreciate y’all.

Are you looking for a new grill or smoker… check out Ace. They feature Traeger, Weber, Green Egg, and others and they have all they replacement parts and accessories grouped according to the brand.
Need hot sauce or a marinade, don’t go to Walmart, come here to Ace.
They also have Meat Church products.
Want to do some canning or pickling… they have crocks and jars, as well as all the accessories and mixes for recipes to make some delicious stuff.
Tools… yep, they got ‘em.
Gardening supplies… yep, they got ‘em.
Paint… yeah, that too.
Really helpful crew inside. All the guys seem very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions and give advice.

Ace is always spot on, all the people are knowledgeable and go out of there way to help you find something, and if they don't have it well they'lltell you where you mite find it, I really wish they had the popcorn more often 😉

Purchased my Weber grill here. Same price as the big box stores, but Ace assembled and delivered it for free and even hauled off the old one. Great customer service too.

The people in there are so nice and helpful. They put my batteries in my car key remote for free and all. I had to do was Pay for the batteries, and when I signed up for their savings account which was free, I got $5 coming back.

So I got 2 key batteries installed in my car Key remotes for $15.13 and I will get $5 back.

I highly recommend them. They are always nice and helpful and down to earth.

Getting my key fob copied was only 20 bucks!
Very clean store with good quality people making for a quick and easy visit.
I called a locksmith and he wouldn't even give me a price, but I will recommend you to buy your blank key fob on Amazon and take it up here to get replicated for the best bang to buck ratio

I needed a new car key made. My husband had lost all of his keys but we needed to car key that day. I called a locksmith and they wanted 250. Did my research and found out ACE was the place. They made the key and programmed the key to my car on the spot. They were great. Thanks ACE Hardware in Benbrook, Texas.

The people that work here are the nicest and most helpful people! I have been to this particular location several times and they always go out of their way to listen and try to help you find exactly what you need. Great management and the owner is super nice as well.

These people are absolutely amazing. I bent my car key and it didn't work right and I called Ace and they said they would help me.

I went up there right away and they were able to bend my car key back properly and it worked.
