Great store but not as many choices as other Macy’s stores. Very nice employees and overall a clean and comfortable store

This department store is nice and clean with a variety of products in each department. You will must assuredly find what you are shopping for here. The prices are definitely Macy's prices but they do have good sales if you can catch them.

Got a cute dress apparel for me and the hubby! We shop here often but we got to really get dressed up and smell good with our new clothes and perfumes/cologne,

The wonderful smell & experience of walking in MACYS didn't last long... Unfortunately, my grandson started throwing a "terrible 2's" fit! I chose to leave (his mama & other grandmother) were there dealing with him....

The lovely ladies at the jewelry counter are awesome! Went to this location after the gym (tbh I didn't look so great), but they were so friendly and really made me feel comfortable while helping me pick out a ring. I'll definitely be back just because of them :)

Stepped it up from last year. The store was cleaner and more organized and the merchandise was back up to what you expect when shopping at Macy's.

This Macy's location is under rated. I'm definitely going to shop more often.

Stage Door Outlet at Hulen Mall is fantastic. From name brand perfume, makeup, shoes, clothing, purses, jewelry and so much more.
I bought a purse for my wedding and night gowns. They have the best PJs.

Good sized mall, tons of store, and food options. Low traffic and easy to navigate. Recommend to visit if in the area and the surrounding area has many options too.

The older gentleman at the men’s dress section was wonderful. He helped me with some questions I had about a shirt I was looking at. Got a nice discount on a Calvin Klein button up shirt too! Mom got herself some makeup at the MAC inside this store!

I can’t believe they that Toys R Us stores at Macy’s.

Great customer service. The cashier was very helpful. She helped all 3 of us find what we were looking for. I cannot remember her name but she had beautiful black nails.

I fell in love with Macy's store #678 (4650 South Hulen Street Fort Worth, TX 76132) because of an amazing employee - Natasha!
I ordered a coat and belt online. A few days later, I received an email stating my order was ready so I went to the customer services department for the pick- up order. Natasha greeted me with a radiant friendly smile as she prepared to give me my order. I tried the coat on and it was the wrong size. I was disappointed. I have lost so much weight; therefore, I am having problems finding my right size. She encouraged me to look out for the sales the next week because Macy's has a variety of coats / sizes online. I returned both items due to wrong sizes. The following week I went online and found the most beautiful coat with (apparently) my exact size and a great price! I ordered it for home delivery; however, I took a picture and drove to this Macy's store and thanked Natasha personally for helping me find a treasure, my beautiful coat! While I was there, I found earrings and bracelets remarkably on sale as well.

Kudos to Natasha and Macy's store at Hulen Mall in Fort Worth, Texas. My new favorite pastime and store to shop for clothing and home! Way to go, Natasha, you are simply the best! 😊😁😆🤩🥳

Big, clean, well lit department store. Good selection. Great location. We were there on a Saturday and it wasn't at all crowded. There was about a 5-minute wait to check out.

I was in Macy's to return an item. I was assisted by a Repr who was cordial, efficient, and a " pleasure". Unfortunately, I didn't get her name,but she was a Minority whom has been as efficient; every time I had the pleasure of encountering her. Thank you, Macy's.
