Ashley Store

This store was very clean and well maintained. When we first walked in we were welcomed and not pressured at all. The selection of furniture varies from room to room but what we were looking for was towards the back of the store. Another employee approached us and said she was a sales manager and just wanted to check in on us. We ended up talking for a while and she showed us some options we really liked. The employees offered us water and gave my family all the time we needed to discuss our options privately. They were very respectful and understanding in our situations.

This store may not be for ever but we really enjoyed our experience. Monique and Deanna are fantastic!

Our sales rep, Jordan, was very helpful and courteous. He attended to all our needs, made sure every question was answered thoroughly and provided for a pleasant, stress-free experience! The delivery was exceptional with the guys taking the utmost care in moving and setting up our furniture. Everything was thoroughly wrapped and unwrapped with care! An all-around top-notch experience!

My family and I visited this store in search of new living room furniture. We located the pieces and figured the money part out, it was then clear we would need to wait a few months. As we we continued to look around thereafter, our sales rep came back to us and informed that his manager was able to discount the pieces. The discount was to the extent we were able to make the purchase right then. It saved us a nice chunk of money and we was able to get the furniture we really wanted. Cori was our sales rep and highly recommend dealing with him if/when you go.

Sales team that worked with me was the perfect mix. I entered with pods in my ears and looking at my phone to give the appearance that I wanted to be left alone as I began my search for furniture. Jenny and Jason were the perfect team for me. I was not expecting to make a purchase. I was just “kicking tires” when I entered and by the time we were finished, I was the proud owner of new furniture for my new casita. Deliver was ahead of our scheduled time. Thank you. Very pleased with my experience.

I went looking for a new loveseat as my sofa is causing back pain. Alex greeted me and asked what I was looking for. He showed me where to look. I found one I liked, but it was too expensive so he told me of some other ones in my price range. I liked that one he showed the colors it came in and we made a sale! He was helpful, polite and personable. It was a wonderful experience.

I love the whole Ashley experience! My favorite is my salesman Alex…. I feel like he’s part of my family. Never had a problem with any of my furniture

We were given plenty of time on our own to look around, which we prefer to having a salesperson shadowing us. Cori did a great job with us, patiently answering our questions and efficiently completing the purchasing process. We were very pleased with our visit at Ashley’s.

Our salesperson was “Thomas.” He was cordial, polite and very helpful from the minute we walked into the store. We were looking fo several things and guided us well with information about everything we looked at without being pushy. We bought lots of things and will be returning to get more in the future. Highly recommend this store!

Starting from when I walked into the store and greeted by Joe, until my furniture was delivered and set up, the entire experience was refreshing and pleasant. I did not feel pressured to make a decision but was guided by knowledge and experience. Thank you for making this a non-stressful time. Will definitely highly recommend your store.

I absolutely loved working with Alex. Very professional, but also fun to shop with. Made sure I had a great experience And was able to answer all of my questions. If you go to this location, ask for him, you won’t regret it.

Monique greeted me and took care of me throughout my shopping experience. She was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I was unsure if exactly what I wanted. It felt like shopping with a best friend. She really made my experience fun and not at all any pressure to buy anything.

Staff was excellent, explaining the differences among mattresses and spending time with us while we tried different mattresses with functions. They provided finance options and provided discounts for cash payments, not using the offered 0% financing.

Jenny Gentry at theCitylake location waited on us. She was great. Took her time showing and explaining different options to us based on the square footage and shape of room we had. She explained in detail, never tried to talk us into anything. She spent 2 hours with us. I even got her card in case we have more purchases. And yes, we bought our living room furniture.

Rudy was great to work with. Great customer service and not a pushy salesman. Very knowledgeable and kind person. Thank You Rudy for a great experience.

Liz did an amazing job! She understood that we have 4 children and wanted something that is durable and would last. She was patient with our crazy crew, did a great job explaining everything, answered all of our questions, and did it all with a bright smile! Thank you Liz! We are excited to move into our new home in a couple weeks and are excited about the new furniture we will be taking with us 🙌🏾
