Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

This was my first time to a braum's ice cream and I was delighted. The first thing that delighted me were the choices of ice cream! I have to add that they have burgers and other things also including breakfast burritos. Then I was delighted that they had a sugar-free ice cream that I really liked. I was surprised that they seem to have a mini grocery store with produce and of course a lot of half gallon ice cream flavors. You can take home. But the best surprise at all was the price! We got delicious waffle cones with lots of ice cream and it was delicious and cheap!!

Aurtan went out of her way to make me a chicken salad when they packaged ones had ran out. She didn’t have to do that and it was almost closing time and she just really made my night. She was very sweet and I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

On this visit we visited the shopping area to buy the quarts of ice cream they often have on sale. I am Diabetic, so these were purchased for my wife. As always, she had greatly enjoyed the ice cream.

We visit this place frequently it is close to my kids school, especially on busy school nights when we get home late. My kids enjoy the bag of burgers for dinner!

Best dairy products. A2 milk products. Fresh and consistently high quality. They even have large cartons of ice cream for events.

Great customer service...I love their cherry limeade shake. I never knew they had it until an employee told me about it, Now I don't leave Braums without one

I loved the single dip sundae with chocolate ice cream with marshmallow topping and whipped cream and nuts! It was so yummy.

Always order 5 sometimes 6 chicken tender dinners. They are always quick, and the food is ALWAYS FRESH and they always get the order right.

Remodeling the store making us wait... But it's a good store.

Honestly I've had both good and bad experiences at this location but today was great. There is a lady named Paulette that made my day, she greeted everyone with a warm smile and was very helpful. Her positivity rubbed off on me. They are truly blessed to have her working for them. The big country breakfast was good and very filling. I also love their brownie carmel sundaes.

It's good service and great food. Plus I shop here too. I also love the ice so I buy bags of ice💕🤗

When I come to this location it is always clean, the staff is friendly, they are efficient. The day shift manager Cera is absolutely AMAZING!!! She makes sure that the store is definitely on point! I definitely recommend store #216 when in Fort Worth!!!!

I really enjoy visiting this location. They recently renovated and they did an exceptional job. I truly appreciate the kind staff and speedy service not to mention best ice cream around!
