Very quick and prompt service. I paid for my phone and service over the phone. I walked in and out in under 5 minutes with all my things in a nice bag. I got the iPhone 14 pro max in gold. Highly recommend. The service is phenomenal. I can always reach someone if I have questions or concerns.

We had a horrible experience with the staff and lack of customer service at the Columbus location. We drove to the Alabama location, and Micheal helped us upgrade our phones, offer specials, help with accessories, and transfer our phone information from our old to our new phones. He was fast and efficient. Micheal was very helpful and turned an annoying situation into a great experience. I definitely recommend making the drive to the Phenix City Verizon. The staff are amazing. Thank you, Micheal!

Gosh! Matthew saved me!! WE were traveling and I was trying to activate my new phone. He quickly determined it had a bad sim card, replace it and we were on our way. Great thanks to Matthew for doing such an awesome job so promptly!!

I came in the Verizon store very confused and needing help. Cameron was AMAZING! He helped me through everything and made sure i understood everything! He was very polite and got me in and out. I went to the Verizone store in Phenix City to buy a tempered glass and ask questions in order to upgrade my daughters phone. Cameron helped me...and OMG...he was AMAZING! If you need help or need anything, I highly recommend Matthew!!! We went to the veterans parkway verizon first and the lady we spoke with didn't have a clue of how to help us or what she was doing so we left and later came to this verizon and Matthew was very knowledgeable, polite, and fixed everything in just a few minutes! It was a great experience and I will definitely be coming to this location for Matthew in the future, thank you for solving everything so quickly and for a great experience!

This was the best Verizon experience yet. They didn't try to upsell me or hassle me just for a sale. They had the device I wanted in stock. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. Walked out with a new phone, new line and protection for my device. Wasn't terribly busy and had plenty of employees on floor to assist. The store was super clean.

You get what you give in these types of places. My sales associate was awesome. He showed me the things I could have but when I declined, he didn't keep trying. He was so kind as well. Ps, love my new phone.

Normal Verizon store but this one has several employees so the wait is not near as bad as Macon Road in Columbus. Nice kiosks and a large assortment of goodies. Nice folks as well, works for me! This is where I go for my phone and I have been to several.
