I am always in and out quickly the staff and manager are really polite and friendly. Except for the employee Karen who works at night. She has a disgusting pesonality and always tries to rush you out the door. She will not listen to you nor will she attempt to be nice because she hates her job and has addmited it as so.

Tip #1. Do not ask for a manager - you can simply call 7-eleven corporate to issue a concern and they will get it sorted out FAST.

Things have gradually improved, but there is room for improvement.

You guys need to put papers in the pump it is an inconvenient to go inside to get the receipt...
I can't be spending $30 at a gas station and I can't use the bathroom... What kind of business is this????
Manager was nice enough to address me right at the door but I was not satisfied...

Food such as bread and milk I will never buy from here! always make sure you check the dates on what you do decided to get. Some workers are very rude and act like they don't want to be there or don't want to associate with people when that's in there job description working at a convenient store. There is better workers there now, the one guy seems to actually care about his job, don't have a long wait now.
