Long line at the pharmacy but you cant really blame the people working there, their space is very small and it seems to only get busier as it gets colder. A lot of people in line and only one or two people ringing! They were super nice though and helped me very quickly. Thanks guys

With the closure of other pharmacy locations, getting quick services is rare, but not their fault.
Other than that, I appreciate that they sell and the staff seems to always be busy but helpful. This store has been through the ringer with retail theft which I've seen 2-3x and emdless long lines at the pharmacy. Their pharmacy will never meet the increased demands of the community which has increased 2-3x. I fear that they would just close down.

I wish they could have security (I know it's expensive). It's frustrating seeing people walkout with Arms full of stolen inventory.

Visited this morning,bought baby products we were looking for. BUT suprisingly there was no ordinary milk. The cashier was polite and served us quickly. Next time we will pay attention to the medical department and write a review. Have a nice day.

Useful location, with a range of quick items, but the pharmacy has often been delayed with preparing prescriptions ("sorry we're backed up. come back later" during off peak time) and then more commonly trying to deal with a very slow moving queue at more popular times of day. In this example, it's my second attempt today and the queue has moved through 2 people in 12 minutes. Recommend counting the number of people in the queue to estimate the wait (4-5 mins per person in front).

Also, the pharmacy is very polite and efficient to younger and middle-aged customers but very often rude and unhelpful to older customers who might not have the best command of English. Staff may not realize that treating some customers disrespectfully also affects other customers' experience too. I assume the pharmacy staff are either overwhelmed or inundated by customers who may need extra time and or help - after all, it's a pharmacy.

I am empathetic to the fact that they are busy, but they're going to kill someone some day here. I needed a prescription urgently transferred. I called in the morning Tuesday asking them to transfer it, they said they would and would call me back. So I showed up in person the same day, they again said they would handle it the next day. I come in at 3pm and it was still not handled. I can die if I miss even one dose of this medication and their incompetence has caused me to miss two and counting, time to go to a hospital because these people are clowns!

the options for the counter medicine is very limited specially in kids section.
