Not sure what these awful reviews are about. I have literally never had an issue at this location about any service. Be it prescriptions or purchases employees are friendly and quick. Can’t ask for better than that.

All the times I've been here the place is clean and well taken care of. Sure the pharmacy line can be long depending on what time you go during the day, that's where it's a good idea to pick up your prescriptions with time on your hands if need be! Other than that the pharmacists are very kind and patient.

I have gone to this pharmacy for years (I started when it was Rite Aid.) They have always been courteous and kind. There were some issues when Carter’s pharmacy closed and, unknown to the staff at the pharmacy, all of Carter’s customers were told to transfer to Walgreens. They have things figured out now and there usually isn’t an unusual wait. The employees are always professional.

Update: Heather and Stephanie were amazing they were able to get my situation handled and I left with a smile. Thank you again guys!

Horrible service from the manager janice everytime I go in there.

We’re very accommodating in getting me a COVID vaccine without an appointment after the Statesboro, GA screwed me over.

They did a great job printing invitations for my sons birthday. Quality was good, customer service was pleasant on the phone.

I had to get two ID photos taken last week for an organization and although the instructions were very specific, to the point that the photo machines did not have a preset for, I'd like to thank Janice for her patience and cooperation in helping me get the photos right on spec!

Got what I want...Two girls at pickup counter were so nice and helpful...thanks...

I just feel compelled to say that I've been here before, it was great, and the bad review here is confusing to me because you can't expect service as a customer during a time that a store is closed.

The pharmacy manager that I spoke with was extremely rude. I’ve never had a problem filling my prescriptions until using this Walgreen location. I get that staff cannot solve every problem but there was no effort to even provide a solution. Highly disappointed in the service.

Older white lady at the checkout today around 2:30pm was coughing all over the place, wasn't even covering her mouth, blowing her nose and touching everything around her, gross!! she should have a mask on!! and use some common sense with so many things going around she should not be at the checkout especially without a mask!!

I’ve been coming here since I was little, and it used to be good. Some of the ladies at the pharmacy are nice, but others are rude and act like they couldn't care less if you get your medication. Also expect to wait 30 mins for anything.

Be sure to get your photos printed elsewhere! I placed an order, received confirmation that the order was ready and when I got to the store they were clueless. They said the order was deleted in there system, meanwhile I’m showing them the confirmation email.

Absolutely the worst customer service at this pharmacy. Walked in at 1:30 and the pharmacy was shuddered and the lady behind the barrier explained her “register” would be closed and that it would be thirty minutes before she could process my prescription. Then the pharmacist yells through the barrier it would actually be an hour as she walks out the door and leaves. No other customers were present and they could have easily processed my prescription. Truly, the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to! Who walks away with a customer sitting there?

Pharmacy is awful and terribly managed. Waited in line for 20 minutes to finally get to the counter and be told they couldn't fill the whole prescription for insulin vials but could give me 1 until they get the rest in tomorrow. That's is fine, but they wanted me to wait 30-45 minutes to get it when they have it in stock and I had already waited to even be acknowledged. When there are 4 people being the counter in the pharmacy and only one is actively helping customers, but doing it with no sense of urgency and a line of customers waiting for their prescriptions, that is very poor.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! This Walgreens Pharmacy is by far the absolute worst!!!!!! Attitudes are common here. Customer service is non existent and sometimes argumentative. Even if a prescription is ready, be prepared to wait. I would not recommend this pharmacy! I now see why the reviews are so horrible. I have used this Walgreens for years as it is on my way home from work & convenient. I tried many times to overlook the chaos, disorganization, and attitudes but can no longer. Save the time and go elsewhere!
