McDonald's

Greetings and Salutations, I placed an order at 7:25pm on the McDonald's app. I arrived at McDonald's at 7:39pm. One employee walked by, and i asked if a cashier was available, and this was 15 minutes after me waiting inside McDonald's. He then points at a young lady who's on her phone while i wait. A couple of Uber Eats drivers came in and grabbed some orders. Ok. Now I slide to where I can see the cooks. One cooked asked for my order #. I yelled it so he could hear it. Still, no one comes to the cash register. By this time, it's now 8 pm. I slide to the open part for employees to walk in and out. And this young lady in the pic on her phone got an attitude because I called her a cashier. Don't argue or get an attitude with a customer, Lina. Yep. The manager then asked for my order . I told him he said my order was not coming up on the screen. He goes to the drive Thu cash register and pulls it up. We had words. My response was, "How do we resolve this long delay?" He said it's on its way. I did not leave McDonald's until 8:23pm. A whole hour has passed. McDonald's get it together. Or shall I say employees get your attitudes together. Savannah, GA is way different from California. I see why a lot of fights break out on the East Coast. I say that because you see a lot of waffles house brawls. Thank you Savannah,GA McDonald's.

I went this place ,it is not clean ,food is delicious but not hygiene.toilets are very dirty.zero hygiene.

We recently visited this McDonald's, and Jordan was at the drive threw. He was very manerable and patient. This is what customer service is all about. It was refreshing to see such a young man have a positive standard. Thx Jordan , your going to do great things in your life..

Food is good but the services is lacking. The workers will ignore you mostly in the drive through window and sometimes ignore half of your order.

Place was nice and clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the kiosk… I’ll definitely return again

Food was good,it was hot when we got it. The young lady at the drive thru was smiling and told us to have a great day and you can tell she was sincere. Today it is rare to see someone smiling at work.

Super nice upgraded mcdonalds, has play place!

The gentleman at the window was the most friendly employee at McDonald’s that I have ever encountered. We have a very large family so we always have a large order. He served us with a great attitude, hot food, and everything was on point and correct! Just wanted to show these guys some love because they don’t ever really get a lot of positive things said

The few times I've been so far, everything has been on point.. unfortunately the last time they forgot my sauces for my chicken nuggets.... But hey everyone is human... We can all make a mistake once and a while

Awesome customer service. Ordered frozen mocha frappe, small fry, the employee so helpful going over kiosk ordering with me. The frappe great, the fries great. Perfect snack at right time. The employee who assisted me was fantastic, friendly, helpful. Great experience.

We came at an extremely busy time and it was “Karen Central”, 2 separate, angry customers were yelling at the staff for issues obviously out of their control. I cannot praise this McDonald’s staff enough!! They were ALL calm, kind, and controlled under the unnecessary rudeness and extremely inappropriate behavior of the customers. I hope corporate McDonalds or upper management is able see this review and praise the Saturday afternoon staff for their fantastic work under pressure!!

I order on drive thru with my code. Food not fresh and semi hot. And they forgot my nuggets. All that time waiting .

We went through the drive through at 7:00 on a Saturday. The staff was courteous and helpful. Our bag was missing a sandwich and they had no issue getting us the missing sausage McMuffin within seconds! The food was delicious!

Food was super fast and hot. I asked for extra pickles and they delivered. Most places only give me like one extra pickle but they did great here

Went in the lobby to order, and it took around 45 minutes to get my food, but this is a busy place... It was very busy at this time. I'm leaving 5 stars because they owned this and were professional the entire time. That's how you customer service.

Usually just driving through for a drink. There's something different about McDonald's soda. They just taste better.

While the service was. . Slow... the 5 stars was for the employee (Devante) who found my phone and secured it. I called an hour after I left, and he had it safe. Didn't keep it, didn't want reward...in this day and age, I had little hope for it. Honesty, integrity... wow.

One of the best McDonald's in the area. The service is usually fast, even if you have to wait in line for a few minutes. The food usually comes out fresh and accurate.

This is definitely my favorite McDonald's!! I love the morning crew! I love seeing their faces daily and I'll bypass my closest McDonalds just to compare these ladies and gentlemen that work here. Keep up the great work!! ❤❤
