We were in need of a new A/C unit right after buying our new house. Thompson & Thompson was our first call due to the great reviews. They did not disappoint! Hayden & Joe showed up to the house on time and ready to work. They completed their work with professionalism and were very courteous about their mess. They cleaned up after themselves and left the place perfect! They even helped me out when I found that I had an issue with some plumbing the same day. Hayden called their office to have another technician, Ben G., come out and get my plumbing issue taken care of the same day! Ben was also great and very knowledgeable about his craft. We were so impressed with this company and so happy that we chose Thompson & Thompson. Thank you to Hayden, Joe, and Ben!

Super happy with my experience. I called on a Sunday & fully expected to get a voicemail. But to my surprise, Kim answered with kindness, and scheduled an appointment with ease.
Sederick was awesome, He was very friendly, courteous, and fixed our lights with ease. Extremely affordable as well!

The water pipeline in the front of my home developed a bad leak and had to be repaired. I called Thompson and Thompson, and spoke to Courtney. She sent technicians, Milton , and Corey out to address the problem. They repaired it, and did an excellent job! I haven’t had any more problems with leakage! Courtney, Milton, and Corey, have excellent customer service skills! All of them were very helpful, nice, friendly and professional! Keep up the good work. Zach came out and did a tune up today. Nice guy and did a great job of explaining what a home inspector would consider to be in code or not. He was fast and on time. Definitely recommend!

We want to thank our HVAC technician (Travis Potter) from Thompson and Thompson who came and serviced our units today. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us tremendously in understanding our systems and what it took to keep our systems up to date. Hayden and Joseph came out and replaced my air handler and heat pump and did a great job. They were very nice, quick, clean, and professional. Got all the old stuff out and the new stuff in and explained everything clearly, answered all my questions. They were even sweet to my dog. Great experience! Johnny and Olivia were great when they came to do my diagnostic as well!

Travis POTT ER came to my condo to check out my heat and AC unit. First of all he was very professional, introducing himself, and I asked him what he was here for. He told me that he was going to look at my AC and heater because I applied at Home Depot for your special. I watched him do everything and excellent work I could see, you’re very very lucky to have somebody like him. I gave him five stars. Hayden & his partner (I forgot his name sorry) were great with installing my new HVAC system ! They kept me updated and really got the job done in a decent timely manner.

The service Technicians, RJ and TJ did the installation of my AC unit. Amazing workers as a team. I would definitely recommend these two as they stayed on task, friendly and cleaned up afterwards. 👍

Zack came out and did an incredible job fixing our rental's AC unit! Super friendly! They even helped us get ahold of our rental company's maintenance team when they were being unresponsive. Don't know what we would have done without them in this heat! Thank you guys!!!

Extremely helpful and friendly. Arrived when they said they would and quickly resolved our issue. We were helped by Milton and Cassey and they were both phenomenal.

Shaun came out in pouring rain to access the issue with the alert on out HVAC system. He was unable to change the sensor during to the rain in order to protect vulnerable areas to moisture in the system. He carefully explained this to us so we were in total agreement to wait. He made arrangements to get the needed part and will return. Very nice and knowledgeable!

We had a leak. The 24 hour service line answered quickly and responded even faster. They told me it would be 2 PM and they were here by 1130. Nick Wiggins was our Technitian and he was great. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. The repair was complete and he was gone by 1230. Thanks again, as always, do not hesitate to call Thompson and Thompson for work that you need.

Customer service rep was friendly, timely, and helpful. Milton was our technician and came out immediately to fix our problem, even though it wasn’t an emergency. Great experience and great price!

Shaun did an amazing job helping us with our air conditioning problem. He was very nice and respectful while he worked. Definitely would recommend him to anyone!
