The Home Depot

Busy place but it’s in a busy city. I made an online order that I had to pick up in-store. It was a 2 for 1 deal on the Anvil stackable tool/tackle boxes. It was a great try deal, btw. The associates I dealt with were very friendly and helpful despite it being the day after Thanksgiving . They looked happy to be at work and people that work in retail, that are happy at work, make going to such a busy place just a little more bearable for the customer. You cannot put a price on the value of a positive (or at least positive acting) staff. I hate going to places like this but the lady that took care of my order at the online-sales register brightened up my day for no other reason than the great attitude she had. I don’t recall her name but she was a brunette. In this day and age it’s great to see folks take pride in their jobs.

Rick was amazing and helped us find the products we needed! He went above and beyond to make sure he answered all our questions in a kind and professional way. We will continue to shop here because of the staff like Rick.

Scott was amazing. My three kids are currently fighting what seems like a 48-hour virus. And at the same time I'm remodeling the bathroom and the thermostat and element went bad in the water heater. He was very knowledgeable on the subject and he was very kind to physically grab the things and bring it out to my truck so that I can head back home to my sick kids. Thank you Scott

Wow, they have everything a man kid could ever want: tools, grills, even out door, patio furniture. I don't want to grow up, and even if I did, I will always be a home depo kid. I'm not a paid Spoke sperson. yet!

I spend a lot of plant money here. Recently got a banana tree for 29.00. Umbrella for the yard. Also Behr chaulk paint for my current project. And their Masonry paint for brick makeover and mortar between rocks!

Clean store friendly staff. Really awesome app. If you have not ordered using the app get it now and try it. Orders typically arrive sooner than expected and online there are usually great deals you will not find in the store.

Not all Home Depot employees are super helpful but Scott today went above and beyond to help me find an ultra specific tool I need for a project. Give this man a raise!

This Home Depot is very clean and easy to shop. The employees are helpful and the self checkout is a breeze. The app makes it even easier to find what you need. They have good competitive prices and returns are easy too.

I needed an item today that showed on-line as in stock but wasn't on the shelf. I asked Ms. Aria for help locating it. She promptly stopped what she was doing, found the item up top, grabbed a mobile staircase and got the item down for me. Awesome Customer Service! Thank You Ms. Aria.

Today when so many businesses are lacking for help, I want to give a shout out to Home Depot in Pooler! Me and my husband went into Home Depot after work a few weeks ago, about an hour before the store closed. We are closing on our new home soon and needed to order a new washer/dryer. The appliance section's employee had already left for the evening. There was also another couple looking to purchase as well. The nicest older gentleman named Chris (I didn't get his last name & just know he is retired, and only works a few days a week) stated I'm sorry I'm not sure how to get this particular purchase set up, but that didn't stop him and another young lady whom I didn't get the name for (she was wearing a Veteran T-shirt) from stepping into action. They called for assistance from Ms. Paula P. These 3 exceptional employees stepped up to the plate. Ms. Paula helped the young lady , while jumping over to the table we were sitting at to help Mr. Chris put our purchase together. Because of these employees going the extra mile, two sets of washer and dryers were purchased that night. It is sad to say that exceptional customer service isn't the norm these days, especially so close to the end of the night! I can promise you, when we need additional items for our new home, I know where are hard earned money will be spent!
