Always very friendly and helpful. The majority of employees here have tried all their products, so if you're having issues deciding which flavor you want, they can give recommendations based on their favorites. Great selection of products too. Though this is a vape shop, they have other things. Pipes, rigs, bongs, torches, d9 products, and nic pouches. They also have a couch and coffee table if you want to chill for a minute.

The only place I go to buy my vapes..there's always plenty to choose from. I think it's better because it's only vapes not a bunch of other stuff. Definitely will keep using this business.

These guys treat their customers so well. I have never dealt with them any time other than when they have gone out of their way to help me. If you want great juice at a great price and from people that really care about you. This is the place too come

I went into this store knowing nothing about vaping. These guys were super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they didn't make me feel dumb. Their prices are good compared to other local stores. They greet you every time you come in the store. I was very impressed with their overall work ethic, and I will be a returning customer now.

Great customer service. I bought an Aspire breeze that stopped working, brought it in and they swapped it out no problem. The swapped Aspire decided it didn't want to work either so I brought It back in and they swapped it out for the newer version and covered the extra $10 that the new one would have cost. These guys really care about their customers and have reasonable prices.

OKAY!! So, we are partial to another out of town place, but when we found "The Vape Shop" closer to us, we were INSTANTLY impressed! We are picky vapers, and we asked to smell ALMOST EVERY JUICE haha they had an ACTUAL opinion about the juices we were asking about, rather than just saying "its good" or "its bad". Very personal and all the workers were unique and happy! Gave us ACCURATE advice, and were very knowledgeable about vaping. We will continue to return, and we would recommend you try them out! THANKS SO MUCH GUYS!!!!

I love these guys. Started going right when they came to town. Informative always helpful. Will give you their honest down to earth opinion on everything and only place that will replace your atomizer if you buy a bum one which as they admit happens now and then due to gazillions rollin of assembly lines. Real people no b.s. thank you guys....and galsl

Service is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. When I first went there, I didn't know anything about vaping. They were patient and answered all my questions at face value.

Was told the voopoo argus pro needed batteries was sold a battery and a charger when I got home I found out it didn't need a battery so thanks for selling me something I don't need

Edit I couldnt believe they did returns they returned the amount plus they were super nice about it and even refunded me for one of my previous juices I bought 5 stars imma come back here for my future purchases way nicer than timberline

These guys are great and friendly. Their prices are fair and they have a points reward system. Many devices and tanks, plenty of flavors to choose from.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service. They are the ONLY Vapor Shop in Logan that cares about their customers. They take the time educate you about the products you purchased.

My go to for Vape related advice. All of them are long time vapers with large amounts of experience. The selection of hardware does lack at times but the experience combined with the huge variety of juice selection easily makes up for that.

The workers are very friendly and helpful. Good variety of juices and vape hardware at good prices.
