My battery died so I came down to get it replaced. The process was a lot more difficult than I expected. Natasha brought out a set of tools and walked me through what I needed to do. Helped me a ton with a severely corroded terminal. Very glad I came here!

The staff at O'Reillys were phenomenal! We were having car issues and were at O'Reillys parking lot for almost 4 hours trying to fix our car. The staff were more than accommodating, willing to answer any questions we had, run diagnostic tests on our car, and give us amazing advice. Because of their knowledge and willingness to help us, our car was able to be fixed and did not have to go see a mechanic. THANK YOU O'REILLY STAFF!

My husband and I came in Monday night (the 19th) to see if they could resurface our truck rotor. Unfortunately our rotor was pretty worn so that wouldn’t really give us much life left for it but Dave and Mitchel helped us price match and we where able to get 2 new rotors for under $150 and they where so nice to us even tho we came in within 30 minutes of closing with a whole bunch of questions. Never once did I feel like they weren’t happy to help us.

I came in to buy a belt for my truck and David went above and beyond to help me find the exact one that I needed. Amazing experience coming here!

Honestly I couldn't tell you the difference between this place and the competitor across the street, and I've been mixing it up lately when deciding where to pick up a new set of headlight bulbs or air filters. Great service. Nice chaps.
Don't ask for a water pump gasket for 97 Tacoma.

This is by far the best (non napa) auto parts store I've ever ben to, they are always professional and never mess up like Autozone.

The last time was in this store, my experience was not that great but I was in desperate need of a part and AutoZone didn't have it. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kenny and instantly asked if he could help me find what I needed and help me find everything and he even grabbed the things I need off the floor. I was so impressed!! He was so knowledgeable and so kind! My faith had been restored and I will continue to bring my business to this location from now On.

I was greeted kindly by Sumer as I came in the door. I asked to have my battery tested and she came right out to make it happen. The test showed different results so she removed it from my car and took it inside for a more reliable test. It came up immediately that it was bad, so she immediately found me a new battery and installed it for me. Her service was quick and efficient and she was so pleasant! I will definitely be a return customer!

Always friendly. Willing to get their hands dirty. Pulled up during a rainstorm to find an employee under the hood with a customer. They were dripping wet. He came in, still smiling, and helped me with my battery. We left it over night. Found out is was our alternator. The next day we installed it in the parking lot with their help. They even suggested we move to the shade by the back.

I almost never go anywhere else, and I always go here first - if they don't have what I need, or if they do have it but it's too expensive, they'll direct me to a place where I can get the part for less.

They loan tools if you're trying to put those new wipers on or replace that headlight. More than once, as I've struggled in the rain with a new wiper, an employee would come out and offer to do it for me.

I never feel dumb there, even if my questions are - the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, they happily answer my questions.

Nice people who are great at finding a part. Dont be uncomfortable about any of them being female because they will amaze you with knowledge and insight. Most important they have common sense. Thank you is deserved when you are done.

Even though it was cold outside, the employee helping me went above and beyond to check my battery and help me get the right parts.

I like O'Reilly's, but I wish they would offer brake pads that include wear in their lifetime guarantee like AutoZone. Still, the employees are very friendly and helpful.
