I would love to give a huge shout out to Bridger and the store manager Cody for all there work and dedication to help me get out of a 2 year nightmare called Verizon. I got bait and switched by the Verizon store in Preston I put over 12 hours in a phone switch and 2 years of trying to fix the mess I'm out $800 trade in with Verizon. Bridger and Cody talked to me like a friend not just another customer. I love the Customer service with T-Mobile and all the customer service I got from these guys. If your with another carrier go see these guys they probably can save you money they saved me a lot on my monthly bill as well. Same great service less per month and great customer service no spending hours lost in phone robots T-Mobile is amazing!

Bridger & Ryland made my experience switching service and getting into a new phone easy and stress free! The South location is night and different from the North location, which left me feeling frustrated and staying with Verizon. Thank you for your outstanding customer service and patience!

Went in to the store to buy my new phone and Bridger helped me out. He was super helpful, kind, got me everything I needed to have, and knew all of the answers to all of my questions! Excellent customer service!!

I visited the T-Mobile store in South Logan twice in one week and each time Bridger helped me. He was so patient with me and helped me to understand our bill. He had an answer for each dumb question I asked. 😊 I was very pleased with the way Bridger welcomed me into the store, apologized for the small wait, and then explained my bill to me. Thank you Bridger for all you done for me!

David and his team are great! This is the second time I’ve gone in and received more than amazing service. David explained everything in great detail and made sure that we understood what was going on and he was super helpful in showing us our options and helping us understand what we could do. The team is fun and hard working. They try to get you in and out as quick as they can so you can go on with your day. Love them! Highly recommend.

Loved the service we received from River. He was professional and courteous. He was able to keep 2 different activities going with 2 different customers. UPDATE: I reached out to the manager again after he replied to my review. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my phone and service with t-mobile, doing far more than any manager I've ever dealt with.. They still didn't have the pink s21 in stock but he tracked one down from another store in Salt Lake and swapped it out for me. I finally have what I originally wanted so I'm happy. 👍5 stars because the manager David did what he could to fix the problem and more. His employee with the man bun really needs to improve his communication skills and KNOW WHAT HE'S DOING so the manager doesn't have to clean up his messes.

-Original Review-
I went in to t-mobile already educated on pricing and promos. We were going to get the galaxy phones on the buy one get one promo as well as trade in my s9+. We went in rather than ordering online only because the s9+ was not an option in the trade in menu.

The representative to help us specifically told me that my trade in was worth $800 (yeah that amount was surprising to me to) and that $90 would be applied today. Well it turned out that I traded my phone for only $90! I could have sold it for AT LEAST $300.

Then the phone I wanted (the pink base model s21) was out of stock. The rep told me they had the s21 plus in pink, so I said I'd have that instead (unaware that the plus did not come in pink).

Then I get home, take the phone out of the box and see that it's purple. Then I insert the sim and the service doesn't work. So I had to call in to get my phone going.

I took the purple phone back in on Monday and talked to the manager who let me know that the plus didn't come in pink. I went home and thought about it then went back a week later. I told them to just switch it out for the original phone I wanted (base s21) in black or white. They were going to do that (while also treating me like an idiot) until they said I'd lose the promo at which time they also said I wasn't getting anything out of my trade in.

So I went home incredibly unhappy with my brand new service provider and totally ripped off. Thanks, I guess.

Mackenzie and Cody were amazing! They literally spent hours helping me. They were kind and patient with me. They explained things so I would understand. They had great costumer service and made getting a phone less of a hassle for me. I would definitely come back because they were such amazing employees! Cody should be the new manager because the other manager was very rude and disrespectful. The manager was getting mad at Mackenzie and said she had adhd and said other rude comments to her. It made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable while he said those things to her especially when she was helping two customers at the same time and both customers were pleased with her work. Great work Mackenzie and cody! Thanks for making my experience easy.

This week my phone started having problems with the charge port, where it wasn't picking up a charge at all. I went in to this store and told them of the problem. Since I have the T-Mobile "Jump" service, they were able to inspect my phone and get a replacement shipped out, which came to the store the very next day. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Although I think some of this experience was due to the additional fees I was paying for the "Jump" service (which I would definitely recommend after this experience, only $10 extra a month), the way in which the staff handled the issue was understanding, friendly, and very prompt. I was out of a phone for maybe two days at most. I'll definitely keep coming here.

I seriously love all the staff at this store! David, Ellie, Jaxson, Gabriella, Sam and their amazing personalities! They are so personable, they always remember you and why you have been in there no matter how many times your in there or how long your in there. A couple weeks ago I upgraded my phone and after a few days decided it wasn’t for me. I went in and spoke with the manager David. He was extremely helpful in not only helping me return my phone but find a phone that I would love. I highly recommend him and his store to anyone looking for a new phone/provider.

Me and my mom went to the South Logan T-Mobile and had the best time with Elizabeth! She was so cute and fun and she was so helpful and patient with us as she switched our service from ATT to T-Mobile and got new phones. The store had such a cool, fun vibe and everyone was so nice in there. It was a wonderful experience!

We were immediately greeted by Eli (Elizabeth) when we walked into TMobile. She was upbeat, friendly and extremely knowledge regarding the questions I had. We ended up switching to TMobile from ATT and got new iPhones. She was helpful, patient and through the process, we had so much fun talking to her and getting to know her personally and she patiently listened to us, getting to know us personally as well. The other employees and the manager all talked to us as well, they were all so friendly which made the store have such a cool and comfortable feeling. So glad we switched!

I have never experienced customer service anywhere else like I did here! All the employees were very helpful and the manager, David, spent hours with me and on hold trying to help fix my phone.
