AT&T Store

Went to add a line and purchase a new phone. The assistant manager, Joe, was the one who helped us. He spent time explaining the differences between the different devices, as well as the cases. I didn’t realize the differences in the cases other than the aesthetics. We never felt rushed. He was a fun guy to chat with while we were waiting for the safe to unlock the new device we purchased. I usually walk away from phone stores overwhelmed but not this time. My boyfriend can be very picky when it comes to customer service and was very happy with Joe’s level of service. Someone make this man a store manager ASAP.

I was recently in the fred meyers in redmond oregon, I got stopped by an at&t rep inside, so I decided to get a new phone with a trade in promotion. So I waited a few days for them to send my phone out and I get the phone, but no shipping label to send out my old phone for the promotion. So I went to the at&to store right across the street. I asked the gentleman if he would help me out with a shipping label and he said he couldn't do it for me because I went with the rep inside fred meyers. So generously, she manager that helped me felt bad that I dealt with the fred meyers rep, he gave me a free case with my phone for free! I just wanted to say thanks again! You were a big help and I appreciate you 🙏

Truly amazing customer service and the wait time was less than 5 mins. The person I spoke to at the Att store in Redmond was super helpful, and really kind. He gave me amazing recommendations and even helped me lower my bill in the long run. He left everything out on the table so no hidden surprises. You could tell that he truly wanted what was best for the customer. I have been with AT&T for 7 years now and they never fail to impress. Thank you for all that you do! Truly amazing service!

Both reps in the store were lovely but Adam helped us get a new member added to our family plan quickly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. Highly recommend.

AT&T Redmond Rocks!! It is so much closer to my home in Redmond than the Bend store. The staff are knowledgeable and super friendly. I have only had good experiences there and am grateful they are here ! Thank you !

Adam and the staff here were extremely knowledgeable. I had a ton of problems with my previous carrier and could not understand the various plans offered. After countless back and forth with several carriers, we settled on AT&T. Adam took the time to not only explain the benefits of each plan but also worked at getting us the best deals on our phones. Would highly recommend coming to this particular location and getting 5-star service. Appreciate the team and their efforts toward complete customer satisfaction.

I normally don’t like posting online, but I feel strongly that costumers out there need to hear this. Also, I’ve never liked going into the store for services before because I’ve ran into sales traps. It’s highly annoying and I get it, they have to meet numbers, but please don’t try to sell me on something that I don’t want or need at the time. Anyways, I was having some issues with a reoccurring charge on my statement. Unfortunately, going online for help and even calling AT&T was aggravating and long. So I decided to go into my local store. I was helped by one of the managers Adam. Number 1. He greeted me with Sir, respect. Number 2. He knew how to fix my problem immediately and efficiently. I appreciate true professionalism when I receive it. Thank you.

Really helpful employees here. They see a lot of people, so they can be quite straightforward, but I appreciated it. No fluff. What's the problem? Ok here's your options. Also good making up to dissatisfied customers - of no fault of their own. Watched dude fix a problem in 1 minute.

Adam and Joshua are great! Excellent knowledge and helped my wife and I get exactly what we needed! If you need help, these guys are in Redmond next to Fred Meyer. I recommend highly. They were on point and actually went faster than I thought.

The employees that work here are always helpful and take the time to go over products and pricing options with my family, whenever we have needed phones or accessories.

Joshua knew exactly what he was doing when he helped me switch over my plan as well as upgrading to a new phone! He works unbelievably hard at his job to make sure customers are satisfied. I had a really difficult time keeping my mouth shut with other people coming in and out of the store when he was THE ONLY ONE WORKING. It is not his fault that he is there alone. He is doing his best and for that I appreciate and am proud at how he does his job!

Joe was extremely helpful and friendly. He took care of everything we needed in an efficient and professional manner. Joe was the best AT&T representative I’ve worked with in over 15 years!

Had some questions about my bill and was wanting a good case with good protection and they were nothing short of amazing! Definitely recommend stopping by here for any of your phone needs!

Couldn't get the Bend store or FirstNet/ATT customer service to help with me with a return under 14 days. The folks at Redmond fixed my 3 day multiple phone call issue in about 5 minutes. 10/10 would reccomend Joe and the boys.

Amazing customer service from these guys especially how short staffed they are! Joshua helped me out with my new iPhone & went above and beyond.. without him I probably would not have a brand new iPhone 13pro… Adam not only helped me out as well when trying to deal with 5 other customers by himself the first day! Go check them out!!

Incredible service! Thank you, Adam, out of the Redmond, OR branch. Your customer service skills are phenomenal. I went in to cancel my plan and switch companies because I don't get service out in La Pine. Not only did he understand, help, and answer all of my questions, but he was helping me and a couple that was in front of me at the same time. Great multitasking and awesome communication!

There is an employee at the att store in Redmond Oregon. His name, Adam. W. His attitude. Amazing, relaxed, calm under pressure, and extremely friendly. I needed a phone that day for work. He was able to get me an iPhone 12 mini. It was almost perfect. The phone of the box was defected and I had already paid. What did he do. He found me another one that had just got shipped into the store that day. What’s crazier is, is I was going to have to pay another $8 to get it. $8 no big deal right. Well he felt like he had mislead me. As if it was his fault that the first phone was defected. He offered to pay the $8. I declined yet was grateful for the generosity. This guy is just an ideal employee that any business owner wants/needs at their establishment. I would love to see this warrior of an employee get a raise or at least recognized by someone much higher up then him. I mean the pressure this guy has right now around the holidays… and for him to be so calm when something went wrong and for him to even offer me $8. Just wow. 10 out 10 would recommend this store just based on this employee. Thanks ATT. That employee is why I’ll stay with ATT!!!

Was reading the reviews for this store before going in and noticed someone else had trouble with the Bend store, so decided to try here after their helpful review. Loved the time and attention they were able to give, and were amazing at answering all my questions and concerns. Thank you all so much!
