I've been going to ACE Discount quite a bit throughout the years. If Josh doesn't have it in stock he can get it quick. I've gotten everything from dirt bike gear, street gear and snowmobile gear from his place. Heck, even a jump start the other day when my truck was dead in the parking lot.... You get the family vibe when you go into ACE... Unlike other shops in Central Oregon where you feel like it's a burden to ask for help. (you all know what I mean down south in bend)... I will shop here and encourage others to shop here as long as you guys stay open. I even donated some old school autographs for the wall, which is super cool to see them hung up when I go in. Thanks for everything Josh and fam.

This is the only place I go for parts and gear. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of motorcycling. Take the advice they give you! I tried to go with a cheaper alternative in winter gloves and immediately regretted it. Once I followed his advice, I have been much more comfortable commuting in the cold.

Go to spot for dirt bike parts. You can rattle off any bike brand and model with year and Josh the owner knows exactly what part to order. Seriously the kind of small town service everyone loves. He remembers peoples names FOREVER. Support this great local shop. Good selection of tires, helmets, gear, you name it !

I can run it in at 5 minutes to closing on a Friday. I needed a helmet. He was incredibly knowledgeable about helmets and their safety ratings and what their best for safest about and had a huge selection. He was kind and courteous , professional. I have driven to two other stores first looking for anybody that had a helmet at all. I should have went to Ace first. I don't know why anybody would go anywhere else when looking for accessories for dirt bike ATV and Motocross sports of any kind. Corvettes rule!

I came in here near closing time. By the time I got around to finalizing my purchase it was a few minutes after closing. I was shopping for a new pair of riding boots. Josh the owner didn’t hesitate to take the time necessary to make sure that I was picking the best pair of boots that would best fit my needs. He explained in detail the differences between the selections and then told me to try on multiple pairs to make sure I got the ones that worked the best. He took the time to show me how all of the buckles worked and got me all fitted up and adjusted. He went above and beyond and told me multiple times to take my time. He is very professional and and knowledgeable and his customer service is top notch. It really shows that Josh takes pride in what he does and understands what it takes to run a successful business. This was my first time stopping in and I was impressed with the amount of selection available in what appeared from the outside to be a small shop. Had everything that I was looking for.

I don't come here often. But that's only because their gear lasts a long time! I bought gear here over 10 years ago and even after all this time, they are still amazing! And while my gear is still in great shape, I decided to upgrade. So, I came back. Great gear! Great staff! Very knowledgeable! Super friendly!

Very knowledgable and friendly, helped me with a coolant leak issue I was having on my way through. Could have sold me product but instead had the integrity to tell me that distilled water would get me home with the small amount of leakage I had.
