Big 5 Sporting Goods

Bought my daughter a jacket for Christmas, and got the wrong size. When my wife and I took it in, they were Fantastic! We didn't have the receipt, bit they took care of things quickly. The rep even ran Iverson and got the right size for us. In and out in five minutes. Very pleasant staff

Staff here is really helpful, and friendly. We had to stop in while visiting family and pick up kids shoes. They have a good selection, and loads of options for all aspects of sports. We appreciate all the help we got while in the store.

Cool shop and has a nice local feel. Prices and selection are good for a store of this size. Every time I come in the staff is kind and helpful.

Was able to get some new hikers...was able to get the best price. The guy helping us (forget his name) told us to come when the shoes we wanted were on sale. Saved us a pile of cash.

This is my favorite Big 5 store every time I come in here the employees are always friendly you don't always find that in today's times but they are cool people here. My favorite is Jason the newly hired assistant manager he does a great job in the shoe department Good job Jason. The biggest reason I come in the store is for the shoes I am a Skechers junkie. I never had a thing for shoes but there is something about Skechers that draws me in to start a collection above all the competitors and I've owned them all. The thing about Big 5 is that sometimes they will put a skecher shoe on sale and I don't understand why it is so cheap. I went back home to Vegas went to a Skechers outlet that had over 200 pairs of shoes and the Big 5 here in bend Oregon was cheaper by $10 on that same exact make and model of Skechers so that's a prime example why you come here for cool shoes and damn good prices that's all I got to say.

I've always found great deals on the clearance table at this store and never seem to have a problem finding someone to help me.

Found a great buy on a zip hoodie.

As soon as I walked in, a worker asked me what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. Upon checkout, the cashier noticed my hat and asked if I was a veteran so they could add a discount. Great staff!

To my surprise they had Topps Bowman baseball cards. Put a little check in the w box.

I needed help finding a good pair of shoes and the gentleman that got stuck helping me was awesome. He pulled many pairs from the back for me and then went hunting to find me the best price. The shoes I ended up with are awesome and were a great price.

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. A rarity these days all over. They knew their products and were very attentive!

Needed an inexpensive pair of shoes, Big 5 came through for me at half off list price. Helpful salespeople and we all wore face masks. Next time I need to go to Big 5, I'll go to Redmond because they are helpful and not very far away.

Called the place asking about bear paw slippers, the people were very helpful and even offered to put it at the register for me since I asked, and ended up being on sale, what an amazing day I appreciate all the people here and I appreciate the store thank you

I went here for weights they were fully stocked and I found what I needed then I observed the clerks going above and beyond by helping a teenager clip the plastic off of his newly purchased skateboard

Nice store. Good selection. Got some sunglasses for my niece for softball and batting gloves. Friendly staff!
