Buy Here! I'm new in town and was looking for a new Butcher Shop/Meat Market...I looked up on line and found a couple, the first one I tried to call, well their loss because their phone went right to their fax machine, TWICE! So I had no choice but to go to my second selected shop, one that also looked good to me on goodle called Cinder Butte Meat Company. I called and talked to Lori who was really helpful over the phone allowing me to feel comfortable trying them out and made first purchase of what I hoped would be quality meat in my new neighborhood...the results were FABULOUS! I had to feed 5 hungry guys who were laying our floor in our new construction build near Lake Billy Chinook. This was Cinder Butte Rib Eye steak from Cedar River Ranch. Honestly, this might have been the best Rib Eye steak I've ever had! I'm a hobby griller and meat smoker so it's not like I'm any type of expert but I'd recommend Cinder Butte/Cedar River Rib Eye to anyone who'd want to know where to get quality meat!

We always buy our meats from Cinder Butte Meat Co. We loaded up with Coulotte steaks, Buffalo, Sirlion, and went on a 4 day camping trip, this last weekend. Fabulous meat, tender, even made kabobs, great tasting! Love your meats and we dont buy anywhere else!

Picked up a tomahawk steak for my birthday. What an amazing cut, my wife had to pick up the steak. But she said the shop was amazing,
staff inviting. Definitely a mom and pop operation, we expect to return soon. Thank you again guys.

Love this place! Very knowledgeable staff that love what they do and it shows. High quality meats and excellent service. Just picked up several lbs of specialty bacon, a beautiful smoked prime rib to celebrate the holidays, as well as a sampling of every flavor they offer of their amazing jerky. If you haven't been there before, give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Awesome owners, staff and meat! This shop is super clean and cute.We love their jerky, pepper sticks and steaks. I also like how they sell items from other local small businesses. Today I saw some soap in the shop from Penelope Soaps and Such out of Madras.

I recently had some elk trimming and had hamburger, cheddar jalapeño beer dogs and blue cheese pepperoni was excellent, but the pepperoni was over the top! Thanks cinder butte! You have my busines!!

Called with 2 elk on a Saturday and was initially told they were full but they made accommodations to take them that day. Jim was so friendly and helpful in taking the preparation order and making sure it was exactly what I wanted. They best part of this experience is the final product: the summer sausage, beer sausage and jerky is fantastic and getting rave reviews from friends. I'm being hounded to share more.

For our first time raising pigs and have them butchered, cinder butte meat co. was great at helping me out start to finish. I went in and they went through all the meat cuts, seasonings & smoke. Great experience throughout. My freezer is full, and our bacon is delicious.

Excellent cuts of meat and customer service. They strive to get to know their customers and their products are consistently high quality. Our favorites are the ribeyes and bacon wrapped filets. Ground chuck is also very good and the offer several varieties of beef jerk that are very tasty without all the additives you'd get in store bought jerky.

This place is awesome! We saw it from the road and were a little concerned how they would feel about some guys from the city walking in. But the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable, answered all our questions. They even gave us samples. Very good prices. I highly recommend stopping here if you need any meat product. And they sell alpaca! Yum.
