Jacob did a great job getting my device upgraded. Had a very old phone that wasn't working properly. After explaining the benefits of new phone I decided to upgrade and he took care of everything top to bottom. Highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Jacob.

Johnathan was very knowledgeable and made my visit enjoyable. We were able to go through a phone transfer and multiple activations with ease. Definitely recommend him. He also was very clear in communicating bill changes.

Jonathan was a super big help. I was prepared to buy nothing, but he talked me into getting a new phone a perk and a free tablet! This guy isn't a Verizon agent. He's Agent Verizon!!! He was not pushy in selling me anything. I was due for an upgrade!

Cameron is just Fabulous! I came in yesterday to buy a phone for my husband and mentioned to him in passing that I thought global international charges I believed were only when you used it and I just realized I had been charged monthly. When I got home I found out he removed it without my asking😊Today came in to upgrade my phone and without asking he worked my account to lower my rates. Very impressive and Excellent Customer Service!
