We really enjoyed our stay here, room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was nice. It was perfectly good for a little night away after a wedding!

We got a room just to get away for the night. Room was clean. The employees that we talked to were all very nice and helpful. All around, it was a good experience! But next time, I'm taking advantage of that pool! 😂

Brandy and Sierra as well as the other gals were all amazing. We had to stay for 3wks dues to some home renovations and I couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and care. My only complaint is the tv remotes truly need replaced. We were lucky to be able to change the channel once. We went through 3 different remotes and batteries. Finally gave up. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay!!!!

I wasn't able to park my truck and trailer. Due to the lot being full They canceled my reservation with no charge and then the next morning they printed me documents because the hotel across the street I paid to stay the night at didn't have a way to print my business documents. Awesome people very grateful for their help

Spent 1 night at $79 while our motor home was being worked on at the REV Group. Brandi and her crew provide exactly what we wanted. Clean room, quiet location, free coffee, breakfast, WiFi and super friendly staff.

We live in our RV and needed to be in alternative lodging for a week while it was in for repair. The Decatur, Indiana Quality Inn was one of a few recommendations made by the repair facility. I stopped in at the Quality Inn (intending to visit the others as well) to check on availability and was so impressed with the helpfulness of the staff that I decided to look no further and arranged for our stay. We did not know how short or long our stay would be as we were at the mercy of the repair facility. Our entire experience was positive from my first impression to check-out and therefore warrants a good review. In short, there were no mistakes, problems, or even minor inconveniences during our stay, so this review is deservedly 5-stars. There were NO low points. HIGH POINTS: Front desk staff was friendly and professional. They expressed genuine interest in my situation and accommodated my needs (timing, low floor, pets). Housekeeping was beyond exceptional. All our room needs were met, and housekeepers inquired whether we needed anything anytime we passed them in the halls. This actually happened multiple times from multiple staff members throughout our stay! The breakfast area was always orderly, clean and was kept stocked during the 3+ hour serving period. That period is supposed to start at 6 AM but the breakfast area was fully ready to serve occupants an hour earlier every day. Amenities include a sitting area near the entry, internet access, very nice pool, exercise facility, meeting/conference room, and ample parking that could accommodate a big rig or two. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms have 32” cable TVs, a desk with good lighting, and plenty power receptacles as well as USB charging ports. The entire staff, without exception and in every respect, far exceeded our expectations. I traveled a lot during my military and employment careers and can honestly state that this week has been my most pleasant lodging stay EVER. Opportunities to Improve: Add a good quality scale to the exercise room. Personal Opinion: I know sometimes situations occur that dissatisfy some people. I will say this about that: The staff at this Quality in will go out of their way to make sure your stay is much more than just satisfactory if you simply give them the opportunity. I recommend this Quality Inn. Because of my experience here, I will be more inclined to look for a Quality Inn any time I have a need for temporary lodging.

Clean rooms, quiet stay and I cannot express how impressed I was with Angela, a young, very efficient and customer focused employee. She made sure the breakfast area was clean, stocked and fresh all while covering three front desk. I would hire her in a heartbeat! We will be back next month!

We have stayed here before and loved it so we came back and still had the same experience, The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very clean. Unlike other places we have been to where the beds were hard as a rock the beds at Quality Inn were very comfortable. We will come back here the next time we come.

This was a very nice hotel. Granted it is nessled in a little town 30 mins away from everything, we kinda liked that. It was nice, quiet, clean, and the staff were very friendly! The indoor pool looked nice and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good. Really enjoyed our short but sweet stay here.

Kayla at the front desk is so helpful! She helped us with all our needs. Very friendly, let us have a later check out, and even helped us with an overcharge that ChoiceHotel claimed they couldn’t take care of even though they booked it:( Kayla truly took care of us and hopefully is recognized for her great service!

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful and good breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay again while in town for business.

It's clean, nice size room for the price, and has a jetted tub for 2 I'm 6ft and I fit no problem.

The room and amenities were great! Kinda noisy in the king suite with all the kids swimming below, but we still slept well.

Wonderful room & fantastic staff, very safe area my wife and I took a 2 mile walk on the extremely well lit road behind hotel at 11 pm ..... no worries. ...Big stamp od approval
