Burger King

I feel like people really give this crew a hard time. They have been the best experience I've ever had at a Burger King. There was a new guy and a lady that helped and they were both very kind. The food was absolutely fresh and not being a robot goes a long way. God bless these people

Food is always hot and staff is always very friendly.

I went and got a whopper I was craving one and it was so good. My oldest son always has me stop once or twice a week for breakfast after he gets off work They are always fast service and very friendly and food is always good. One of the best Burger King is in Decatur.

Much respect for the crew on Friday night December 17th 2021. My wife and I came through the drive thru it was quite busy. We were treated very well. The lady explained they were short staffed but that she'd soon be with us. As we get to the window we could see by short staffed she meant herself and like 3 others. They all did an amazing job. They forgot my wife's $2 order of jalapeño poppers but honestly that's insanely minor. Especially given how busy they were. Phenomenal job by all in that restaurant tonight. One of the best Burger King locations I have ever visited. Not a single complaint. Clean, friendly, clear communication, fast, order correct, all food hot, and wish I could swap it with the ones in the town where I live.

The customer service was fantastic. The cashier was very polite and took our order well. She had been in the process of filling ice in the drink dispenser and made sure we were aware there currently was not any ice. As soon as she took our order she quickly filled the ice. The store, including the restrooms, were very clean and well stocked.

You have to try the new Melt Sandwich. Fabulous

The store was busy and they seemed short staffed, however the young man at the register, Nathan, did extremely well juggling everything going on at the moment. He was very friendly, professional, and did a great job multitasking. He even helped an upset customer by going the extra mile from what she had asked. Very good job Nathan!

I had the maple flavored waffle breakfast sandwich. It was good but a little messy with ham. Maybe the sausage or bacon would have been better. I liked it though. The service was excellent also

I've been to this location several times towards the end of the night (3rd shifter here), they are always kind and courteous, the food is made well, they don't skimp on the servings or slop things together. One of the better Burger Kings I have been to.

My Icee experience is the greatest there. Only $1 and all I want while I'm there. Same with soda pop. Throw in 10 chicken nuggets for. $1.50 and lunch is completely affordable. Friendly staff. Very clean. Wifi, Watch a little TV and let the grandkids play. Love it.

Always happy with this location. People are friendly, food is always fresh in the morning and at night. Not sure about lunch time, but overall, I'm happy and have not had a bad meal or service.

I love this location! Food has always been hot and correct, associates are always nice and helpful. Normally I use drive thru but every time I've driven away happy.

Friendly service kind of slow though Probably because of all the chit chat. They remember me every time I come in. Nice to go to a local restaurant where I'm known & feel welcome.

I love how the newest comment says that there were no tables clean ik for a fact at that time they couldnt send no one out there to clean anything bc they were so jammed pack and busy in drive throu. If you have ever worked fast food in your life you would understand. Plus it doesnt help with you talking down to people there. They are as equal as everyone else. You are no better or higher than them. We are all human and equal.

It was absolutely delish. The lettuce on that big slab of juicy meat was by far the most tasty thing I've had since my ex wife Pam did that one thing upside down in the bedroom.

Clean lobby kind employees. Food was worth price. Stephanie is amazing employee

worst service ever they can never get my son sandwich right. and they told my husband to calm down because he was mad the sandwich was made wrong for the 4th time in 2 weeks.

I had a large order in drive thru at lunch time. Transaction went seemlessly. Food was delicious. I shall return!
