My daughter's car battery went dead in the driveway at home. Rather than jump start it and possibly have her end up stranded at her destination, I decided to remove the battery and take it to AutoZone for testing and replacement (if necessary).

Marc at the Loxahatchee store was very helpful. A quick test determined that the battery was indeed dead. He looked up my account and determined that the battery was within the replacement warranty period. In a flash, he had a new battery on the counter, and I was "off to the races" at no additional charge!

Great service! I get ALL my "car stuff" at AutoZone for this reason. And great staff like Marc make it even better.

Mathew T was amazing! I always go to this auto zone because I always get the best prices and service. Mathew came out right away and tested my battery, explained it was in fact going bad. He quickly installed the new battery and was extremely professional and helpful.

I am beyond grateful for the amazing staff that have helped me out tonight with my emergency battery issue. I was in dire need of a battery and in a panic as well, and the only thing to do was call up AutoZone. The employee Juan, helped me out and told me to come in and saw me right away for my battery issue and was prompt and super professional and friendly. He tested my issues for the car and I thank him for that, as well as Matthew the Manager. He personally helped me replace the battery and test it to make sure the battery was in good condition and I couldn't thank him enough.

He was prompt, professional and precise and with only being 19! Whoa! He saved the day and I couldn't thank him and the staff more. Definitely come on by and let these guys help you with your car needs.

I was greeted when I came into the store by Adam. I needed an oil filter for my car and he was very please to help. He was very knowledgeable about the items and it was an overall an excellent shopping experience. Thank you Adam!

Andy at AutoZone is very helpful. He replaced my Automobile Battery. He did so in a quick but very thorough matter. He put in protectors for the terminals items to be sure the battery would remain viable for a very long time. The service was better than I receive at other places. Thank You Andy and AutoZone.

Richard was an extremely helpful, I showed up a few minutes before opening and he did not turn me away, he had a smile and was ready to help me with my battery issues. He was flawless at checking the battery and getting me a new one and installing it. I had my 5 year old with me who was ready to have some breakfast, Richard was kind enough to let me know I could take him over to the store while he worked on my car. I felt safe & like my car was in great hands.. Thanks Richard!

Richard was absolutely amazing. Called me right up the second I arrived and checked the battery on my E150 van. He saw it was needing a change so he sold me a new battery (at a great price I will add) and even replaced my old one. We use the van to transport children so we needed this done quickly and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Also, he made sure I signed up to get the 3 year warranty on the battery. Definitely recommend!

Super friendly and super helpful. From alternators and batteries to last minute wiper purchases, they have you covered. Cannot thank the gentleman who helped us locate and order an aftermarket stick shift assembly for our '98 Ranger enough. When OEM is no longer made Auto Zone after market saves the day!

Mathew sold us a battery and installed it. He gave us battery pricing options, explained the benefits of each, and let us make a decision. I went to AutoZone with a battery issue and Andy diagnosed it. I was a bad battery. He was very nice. Grab the battery that I need it immediately installed it all within 15 minutes out the door very impressed.

I had the pleasure of shopping for wiper blades at the Loxahatchee AutoZone. Much to my dismay, I was having a terrible time trying to install the wiper blades outside of the store. I didn't notice the delivery van initially until I heard a voice say, "you doing ok?" I looked up and saw Alexander D. coming over, he immediately took control and installed them. Incredible customer service from a guy who does deliveries. Customer service way beyond anything expected. Thank you Alexander.

Great experience. Rodney and Juan took the time to double check my battery was bad and price things out for me. Rodney did great installing my new battery for me.

Five-star service! If I could give 10, I would. Rudy and Rodney, we're so very helpful. I personally know NOTHING about cars and was having some major issues with my vehicle, within 2 hours they figured out what was wrong with my car, got me exactly what I needed and I was up and running.

Mike was great. Replacing the battery on our Suburban was definitely not easy to do and I don’t have the tools to do it myself. Really appreciate him doing it for us.
