AT&T Store

Manny and Claudia were so patient! They stayed 40 minutes overtime to help me transfer things to my device. There was another woman in the store that also required a lot of assistance and they were detail oriented and took the time to address the needs that she had for her and her son. I couldn’t believe that even as I tried to leave to honor their time, Claudia offered to put on my screen protector! I have to hand it to them. They work well together and they are knowledgeable of the products. It was a pleasure working with them and I do not say those words lightly.

Came in to upgrade my line and add my family to my plan. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Patrick, who gave such great service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process easy and seamless. Patrick let us know about the trade in deals and how everything works! Truly the best service I’ve received from an AT&T store! I had a wonderful experience buying my new phone. Tabitha was very well detailed in her answers for every question I was asking about my iphone. She made it a very easy process. When it came to transferring my info over she let me go do my weekly publix shopping. By the time I got back, the phone was done and waiting for me! She saw me walking in and handed it to me without even me having to ask! Would definitely recommend Tabitha and any of their representatives as they always take good care of me. Thank you AT&T

I've been with AT&T for more than 30 years and just moved out to Westlake. I found this store and went in with my new phone asking if they could transfer all my info from my old phone to my new one. They said yes and for some reason I had soooo much stuff it took more than 4 hours to do it. I left my phone there and came back later.

All I can say is thank you for taking the time to do what was necessary to get my stuff out of phone A into phone B. They also answered a million questions I had about my new phone because I'm illiterate when it comes to cell phones.

PS I thanked them by making Rice Krispie treats for them to enjoy and they loved 'em..........

I went to the AT&T store in Loxahatchee Fl where we were helped by Manny and Claudia.
They were both so helpful and had so much patience even though phones were ringing and they answered questions that people had as they came into the store. Claudia worked even when her lunch time came around. Always had a smile on her face. I have been at other stores for my cell phone and have never been taken care of like I was at this store. Great employees. Claudia even stayed past her time to go home.

Went in to shop and decide upon a new phone. Jeffrey,, the service rep, was very helpful in answering my questions and addressing all my concerns. After purchase, he helped me get new phone set up and data transferred from old phone. I’d recommend visiting this store if you need help selecting a device. Lots to choose from and had every color available in model I selected. Another thank you to Jeffrey for all his help.

I was in the store for a few hours and saw the whole staff help every customer efficiently! Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Shane helped us in more ways then one! He was amazing! He had all of the answers to all of our questions and went above and beyond helping us! He even saw we have been over paying and he saved us a lot of money by changing our plan!

We were looking for new phones for my wife and daughter for Christmas, Dustin walked us through all the special offers and helped us pick out the option that worked best for us. He was not pushy at all and seemed genuine to want to help us. I went back after Christmas to have my daughters phone activated and data transferred. He took care of it right away and even installed the protective covers. Dustin was awesome, and I will definitely go back to this store.

The service provided by Dillon and Chris was exceptional. They went above and beyond to take care of us. We truly appreciate everything that they did for us and will continue to do business with these gentlemen. They were the reason that we decided to stay with AT&T and Direct TV. My salesman Dustin was very helpful, he went through all 10 of my phone lines to make sure each one was setup properly. He also ordered me 2 new iPhone X’s. It was nice that I was given his full attention and also another salesman Dillon was very helpful picking out my accessories while Dustin was getting my order processed. They really are a great team. Because of them my boyfriend is going to switch from Verizon to AT&T and use the loxahatchee location because of Dustin and Dillion’s customer service. My boyfriend and myself are in the customer service industry and know how important it is to provide excellent customer service to each and every customer. Dustin and Dillion provide such service.

If you get att service pls make sure you get David Bosque. He provided OUTSTANDING service to us. We moved to a new house and decided to join at&t. Unfortunately we had a couple of hiccups with our internet service. Well, David went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed ... he even came to our house on a week night and took care of checking on everything personally and fix a minor issue. We are HAPPY customers and truly appreciate David’s outstanding support.

I've ALWAYS had Great Customer service at this location. Yesterday May 29th My Husband and teen were in to buy a phone. She come home praising how helpful and nice all the employees were. Keep it up! 😎👏
