Evan was amazing. Even with a packed store, we were in and out with new phones and a new carrier (switched from T Mobile). He made suggestions and mentioned the Black Friday deals several times but respected our "no" to those products, as we did not need them. He did an excellent job and made us feel appreciated and left us with a good feeling about switching to Verizon

While trying to replace a very old phone, I discovered that both my and my partner's accounts are out of date, and we are both due for new phones. All three people I dealt with in this store were fantastic! Seriously, big shoutout to Jaden, Caleb, and Alex!!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me a ton of options to get what we needed for both our phones. As a bonus, they realized that we're now able to get Verizon internet again. We had it several years back and loved it, but we had to replace with Google Fiber when we moved a couple of years ago :( Now, thanks to in-store team, I'm getting a new phone, updated account with some perks, AND a much better deal on home internet!
UPDATING TO ADD: I went back today to finalize some things on the account and had a great experience with Evan as well!

I was so impressed with Emmanuel who was juggling as many as five customers all by himself. Yet he never got frazzled and remained polite and friendly throughout. After having my phone run over today he helped me come up with a satisfactory replacement so I would miss another day without a phone. He patiently set up my phone, case, and covers despite it being closing time. He also explained new features and gave me some tips no other phone salesman has ever shared. I hope Verizon appreciates how well Emmanuel represents your brand. You just don’t get this level of service at other stores.

Emmanuel is fantastic! Best service I have ever received in a Verizon store. He was not only helpful but courteous and knowledgeable! My phone stopped working while traveling and Emmanuel worked his magic!

As soon as I walked in the door, I was asked what I could be helped with. Emmanuel was my sales rep. and he was great! He answered all of my questions and made sure all steps were taken to upgrade my iPhone.

I had the best experience here! Micheal was able to fix my phone's issue in a matter of minutes and was so great to talk with.

Manny (Emanuel) at the west end store made my experience one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Attentive, kind, knowledgeable, funny, extremely helpful…. I will only be going to this store from now on. The manager, Michael was also very helpful and nice.

Michael L. (store manager and presently the only Verizon employee in the store) which has relocated to the Park Place location, is the epitome of a 5+ Verizon representative. He handles all customer concerns with extraordinary care. I have been in the store two times and observed and appreciated how he manages each customer with appropriate excellent service. He is able to do a great job multitasking depending on the customer's needs and is consistent and professional whether it is a mid afternoon or at the very end of his work shift. The only suggestion to make the customer experience more favorable would be to realize that this diligent individual had some help (another store co-worker).

This was the best experience I've ever had at Verizon store. Went in to get a new phone for my daughter and there was only one associate working. Came in around 5p and there was 3 people ahead of us. Courtney was her name and she gave us A+ service.I watched Courtney take care of the other customers with so much patience, and it allowed me to be more patient because as customers were continuing to enter the store she greeted each and every one but still made sure she met the needs of the customer she was helping. Her knowledge of the product we were interested in was exceptional and she had a great attitude. We accomplished what we came in there for and left with 2 new devices instead of 1. As long as Courtney is at this location, I will definitely be back.

This was one of the easiest Verizon experiences I have ever had!! Michael was the person working with us and he addressed all of our concerns and explained everything thoroughly!! He was the only one working, but he was able to help everyone in a timely manner!! I plan on visiting this Verizon the next time I need to go to one!!
