Nick and Beza were absolutely incredible in my experience in the store. They helped me with a smile on their face and a good attitude. I had a horrible experience at a GameStop earlier today and they completely turned it around. I will only be going to the store, these guys deserve a raise, thank you Nick thank you Beza!!! They were closing in one minute and still let me in to handle what I needed to amazing customer service!!

Loved our recent visit to this GameStop! Gary was so nice, we appreciated everything he did for us. We left with 2 shirts after selling our game and he was very helpful with the advice he gave us :)

Friendly. I was able to call ahead and ck firm a copy of the game I was looking for was available. Once I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately and told about promotions and sales opportunities. When I declined I wasn't haggled. Pleasant exchange. I'll be looking to go hear for further purchases.

Great customer service -- I went in with questions about the PS5 (I haven't had a console other than the Switch since the PS2 era, so it's all foreign to me) and the team here answered all of them in the most friendly and informed way possible. I didn't feel silly for asking questions, and got some great info and perspective from them.

Chris (manager) was awesome! He made me feel very welcome. He was also helpful when I came in looking for a game that would suit my kids ages. I really enjoy coming to this place to shop. Also, I want to mention that this guy KNOWS the executive order for that was issued for face covering. It's refreshing to run into a worker who truly values his customers. Thank you, Chris! This has been my home store for years, even before they moved. Although management has changed recently it is still the absolute best! Claude and his team are absolutely fantastic and are always so wonderful to my husband and I. They all genuinely care about their customers, treating us like family! We come in at least once a week, they never fail to go above and beyond for not just my husband and I, but all their customers! Gus is definitely missed, but Claude has got this!! We genuinely can not express how wonderful the staff is, they're what gives that store it's uniqueness and sets them apart from other GameStop's out there.

So we decided to make my brother an Advent calendar with pop heads, not really knowing much about pop heads I was sent out to buy the items ... first place I always check is games stop. upon arrival I was greeted with a friendly smile and a “welcome to game stop” I was explaining my situation to James as he directed me to the pop selection I begin to pick and choose what I thought my brother might like lol ( another day, another story ) As I was given time and space to make my selection. I then asked Mark a single question and after his response I now know why, what, and how to get all The exclusive and fine items my brother would be looking for! He was very informative knew his selection , knew the inventory overall very knowledgeable! Long story short STORE 7799 #Legendary

They were really friendly. I was there getting some games for my 6 year old son and they were very patient on helping him pick out a good game for his Switch. I work in retail so I know the value of treating customers right, and they went above and beyond any experience I have had in other Gamestops.

We did a trade in for the Switch so we could get the one with the better battery life. Claude ended up helping us and I feel like he went above and beyond to do so. I was kind of nervous about getting the new Switch and having the data transfer over properly but he helped us with it and everything went smoothly. He had researched on how to do it on the Nintendo website to make sure. He even recommended a game the boyfriend would enjoy so I bought that too. Thank you for helping us!

I personally like this location because when I go in to make a purchase or anything I communicate with the employees and we could talk for hours about new releases or upcoming games and it never gets boring. The gaming community really does have great people. We are friendly and most of all we like to game! Daniel is awesome!

I’ve been here a couple times and every time these guys always take good care of me. I ran into a situation where I bought a single player game thinking it was multiplayer and in less than 24 hours had to return it but Chris, one of the sales associates, was super understanding and accommodating. I originally used to go to the Hulen Mall Gamestop but I will definitely be returning here for any of my gaming needs. Big thank you to these guys!!!

This store is very nice, guys who work here are cool and lowkey, I like Jacob he’s a good worker, he has always given good advice on games and systems. Will buy here in the future

Our family has made friends with the workers here. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you need. It's nice when you walk in and they know you by name.

Everything I get from this GameStop is a work of art, and great for the value. I got a refurbished Xbox X here and it runs like a champ, no issues, just like a brand new Xbox X. I purchased an afterglow controller and a retro. The employees are friendly, and if you think going to a GameStop is not worth it these days, give this one a try. You can never get the full nostalgic experience like you will walking into this GameStop. Everything is neat on their display cases, employees are knowledgeable about their products and games; the customer environment encourages you to purchase someone you probably not had original intention to purchase simply because the environment is so encouraging. Best GameStop for miles.

So I called a few other GameStops, and they gave me the runaround for returns. Now on the website and on the receipt it says 30 days return for accessories. Opened or unopened. One GameStop said no it is 7 days and after that you can't do it. Another GameStop said well if you came in a day or two afterwards you'd be able to do it. But the website in the receipt say 30 days. So go to this GameStop expecting some trouble and I was wrong. The guy was cool he processed it very quickly and right away my money was good. I will be stopping at that store more and not at the others. That place isn't GameStop that place is GameStonk.

These guys are a little tucked away, but it is well worth the trip. They were nice, and in a particularly good mood!

Great place to find not just games for your game unit, but also action figures, Funko pop! figures, and other collectibles.

The guys that work there are friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

The only drawback is getting in and out as well as parking. It's pretty annoying.

The employees were great, help me out with an issue with my switch when they didn't have to.

The guys here are always super friendly and knowledgeable. 2 guys at the gamestop at Ridgmar always talked to me like I was slow and assumed I was buying things for my boyfriend. Like there are no women gamers. And the guys at this gamestop fixed the issue I had with my controller not having a warranty. The controller I bought from Ridgmar smh. I love this place

I really like this Gamestop and will often go out of my way to come to this particular location because the guys who work here are so nice and helpful. They have a great selection and stuff too, but these guys always go the extra mile to take care of you!
