They shipped a very expensive and fragile PC across two states and it arrived in one piece and working. The gentleman who packed the PC obviously did a great job at packing to make sure it was safe.

UPS needs more employees like Emily. Despite her running the store alone she not only gave excellent customer service but she helped every single customer in the store with respect, kindness and most of all to the best of her ability. She’s the reason why I always and only come to this location.

Love going to this store. Amazing people and great place. People complaining for paying for taping. I'm OK with this, especially because I'm smart enough to know nothing in life is free, unlike other people. They only charge if you aren't shipping and if people knew how to read, Amazon expects you to have it packaged and ready to do. Learning is very fundamental skill that I hope people learn, because it seems like sole can't read. I've attached the document I took a picture of explaining what you need to do. I do all of my packing and shipping from this location. The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. This location is always clean and well managed. If you are shipping anything, this is the place to go

We selected this UPS location for a special printing project, making memorial programs for my mom. Even before the staff knew the importance of this project to our family, they were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Andrea was pleasant on the phone, called me back with information I requested, and was ready to discuss our needs when we came in person to drop off the files. Chrissy was also amazing, caring for every detail of our large print request. Everything was on time, with a less than day turnaround. We had visited the FedEx earlier in the week, and the contrast could not be greater. We loved this experience, and with all that their prices were much more competitive. My family will be using this location of UPS for any future needs. Great job!

So I encountered the best customer service ever at the UPS store. Chrissi was so helpful and professional that I am voting that she get a raise, if not public praise! I am definitely changing my drop off store. Thanks for all you do!

I’ve been using this UPS for every shipment of my stores paintings for over a year now and Lorraine is amazing! I literally cannot trust anyone else to package and carefully deliver things the way this store does. I won’t go anywhere else. What I love most is Lorraine always remembers my name and says something nice to me about my art. She always makes my day! If I could give 10 stars I would!

A semi great location bit don't let it stop you. Great employees and attitudes here. Always go out of their way to help you save a buck on shipping and very fast when handling returns and if your having difficulties with language and shipping. Definitely recommend this location to people new to this area.

This is absolutely the best UPS store ever! The service given by Chrissy was professional, exceptional, and personable! I've been going to this UPS Store for the last 2 years and I wish I had been going there sooner. Lorraine and Wanda are always helpful when I drop by and go out of their way to tend to my shipping needs. They are timely, professional, and courteous! I'd recommend them to anyone. Lorraine and Co. are top notch! I sent an expensive package to Italy and she explained every detail perfectly. When the package made it through customs, she notified me at that point also. A few years ago I vowed to never return to this store due to the rude owners. However, I had to pick up a package here a few months ago and the new owners are a friendly and wonderful group. A MUCH better team than the old owners for sure. I will be a customer from now on. Lorraine is very nice and helpful.

I own Snellville Framing & Fine Art. I send all of my customers who need to ship frames to this particular UPS store because they are the only shipping store that has managed to properly package and get my frames to their destination unbroken. It is difficult to ship picture frames because they are particularly heavy and fragile. I don't trust many, but I trust our Snellville UPS store. Great staff, They really care.

I walked in 15 minutes to close needing 160 copies and Ravi and Robin helped me tremendously!! I had to edit and everything and they were patient, helpful and courteous! They will be my NEW UPS store!!

This is not my closest UPS store but I don't mind going a little out of the way for such personalized service. I have had business cards created, mailed packages and purchased supplies at this store and always receive professional, courteous,and quick service. I would certainly recommend this UPS store to anyone needing their wide variety of services!
