Newberg Ace Hardware

The ladies' night was fun. I missed Vicki, and the event was not as fun as last year. There were fewer items for stocking stuffers and not a lot on sale. I purchased a Dewalt battery, but it was $6 more than Amazon. Still I wanted to buy local.

Everyone here is so helpful, and able to make alternative suggestions if I can't find what I'm looking for. Ace is a cornerstone for great customer service in Newberg and I appreciate the time their employees dedicate to help me. Thank you Ace!

Helpful staff, wide selection of products, TONS of power tools, 🧰🛠🔧🪛 and clean bathrooms. Best part of the visit was the made in Montana selection of products near the entrance.

I was greeted as I walked in ,asked if I needed help, and brought me to the section I needed . Wonderful customer service.

Had 1 pulley of many I needed to finish the spinning headlights on the 42 DeSoto lawnmower which has twin motors, drive wheels at each end

The people at Ace Hardware Newberg are the kindest, most helpful bunch. I go in often as I work on small home and art projects, and I've never had a bad encounter there. They answer my silly questions and help me find every little thing when I need assistance - and they always do with a smile. Thank you, Ace for instilling a wonderful customer service ethic.

Very friendly staff always ready to help. The staff is very knowledgeable on their products, plumbing,electrical, paint. I have never had a question that wasn't answered quickly.

Very friendly store and I highly recommend downloading their app for discounts. Prices are fair and not as low as Home Depot, but I found it's much more worth it to shop here and get the help you need.

The helpful staff make this place amazing. The store if very full of all the things you may need to keep your home up and running. Grade A+++. Noah is a young guy who is incredibly helpful, especially with plumbing.

Great place for everything you need around the house. I am a general contractor and I am always surprised that they have the things that I wouldn't expect. Staff are very helpful and I always stop here first

Every time I visit it here, I've had a pleasant time. The employees are always chipper and happy. I typically can always find what I need. I'm glad they're here locally, seeing that there's no other hardware stores for 30 minutes either direction.

Free popcorn is almost always available while you shop or to grab on your way out the door.
