When my husband and I walked in we were not greeted at all, store didn’t look busy but the lady was helping someone. Not a big deal, a guy with the name of Gabe came out and greeted us right away and helped the next person in line. When it was our turn he was very patient transferring a line and adding a line and the other person left so he was then alone at the store. While helping us and waiting in between different processes he continued to greet other people and was nothing but patient processing multiple parties at one time. Great customer service through Gabe!

Erica was the best! Of all the stores I've been this one rocked. Saved me having to trade in phone by fixing my problem. Erica is always helpful and so educated in her job.

Matt was very helpful to us, setting up a new phone for my brother-in-law. Above and beyond level of service!

I went on September 1st of 2023 and I was helped by Michael, the store manager, he was amazingly cooperative and answered every question I had. He was very down to earth and it was overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend. Everything was great!!!

Went to the Verizon store in Newberg today to get help with a malfunctioning sim card. It was busy, but Ryan was incredibly helpful. Thanks again!

Service at Verizon Newberg was great. Friendly and helpful associates, Ryan and Cheri, were great. I still can't figure out the strange charger cord I got with my Google Pixel 6a. It doesn't fit into any charging block I have. If this is something new, I would have appreciated instruction instead of just wondering, What in the world do I do with this? 😂 😂 😂 I still give them a 5 Star rating and I will return for "Senior tech assistance" 😂

Cheri at the Newberg store was amazing. Very helpful and helped the two of us upgrade our phones. Made sure everything transfer and we were comfortable before we left. Cheri has been helpful on prior visit when help was needed. Great employee.

We came into the store right before closing and Sam was so incredibly patient and helpful. He stayed late for us and was honest, genuine and delightful to work with. Sam went above and beyond.

Our sales team member at Newberg Verizon was Omar both times when we’ve visited this location. Both times Omar was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient with me who needed a little extra patience setting up our phones & service. I highly recommend him!! Thank you Omar!! 🤩

I came im hesitant to ask for a new phone , but thankfully ryan , trenton and dan gave me the best experience possible . Thank you for staying late and seeing things through i really appreciate it , they also gave me the best deals they could .

Brandy was amazing got me a great phone and knew exactly what she was talking about. She helped me get in and out quickly even though she was busy still took the time to work with me! I came back in today and Sebastian helped me and he is another great employee who helped me make sure my pictures all got transferred and I didn't loose anything, they are both wonderful and I recommend them to you!!

We walked in tonight, just minutes from closing (we thought they closed at 9), and Maddy was there to help us get a new phone for our son. She went above and beyond, and saved us some money on a discount we weren't aware of. She was gracious, and knowledgeable and very helpful, even though it was an hour after closing. I would shop there again, and recommend it highly!

Always fantastic customer service from this group. Knowledgeable and accommodating, they always are helpful for any questions or scenarios we present to them. Came in today to simply pay our bill, and Matthew helped guide us into an upgrade that was a better fit than our current phones. He was patient, very friendly and efficiently walked our technologically challenged selves through the phone switch and after plan. Real glad they are a part of our community.

Omar had the best customer service I've ever seen. He was juggling three customers at once. One was a little more difficult and Omar handled it very well showing kindness and compassion.

Quiet, no pressure. Matt's patience with me and my lack of phone savvy was appreciated! Besides, my phone was acting possessed! He fixed the issue, then sent a text asking if everything was still good. Now that's customer service.

Edwin was amazing in helping me get my bill reduced, as I was over charged. He spent all the time needed to assist in getting my new Tab E set up. He is fun and helpful! Zach and Mary are also great at the Newberg store!
