Neat and friendly service... good prices... great clearance racks, women, men and children!

This store is never a mess, unlike other locations in the Richmond area. Pretty well organized and easy to find sizes. There's usually not a line for the checkout counter. Folds are usually neat and not a mess.

They were awesome! I had purchased about 10 items on line after losing some weight. After determining that I had not lost quite enough weight, I had to return them. They had to return the items, piece by piece, one item at a time because I lost my receipt. All in all, I ended up with about 8 credits to my credit card and a small amount on a gift card. They were so patient and went above and beyond to help fix my stupidity. Highly recommend this store!

I had a wonderful experience at Old Navy! They have greeters to make sure everyone is wearing a mask and hand sanitizing. The sales staff was excellent! They took their time and were very helpful in helping me pick out birthday presents for my daughters! The store was beautiful kept! Not a thing out of place! Great job

Went to return a sweater too small. Had went to other locations but sweater seems sold out. Was about to change small sweater for pants I didn't want. The cashier, understanding the desire for the sweater, suggested she order it online with correct size, free shipping! Wow! 1st class

Good selection of summer wear. The fitting rooms were nice and clean. The people working on the sales floor were very friendly and helpful. The young lady at the register was very nice and was excited about my rewards.

This is the most well-organized, cleanest old navy I have ever been in (and I’ve been to many!). Their clearance is actually organized by size, signage is correct, clothes are neat and help is easy to find plus friendly.

I enjoy shopping at this Old Navy location. It's always pretty organized and clean whenever I visit and also less busy than other locations. The selection is great and I can always find something on sale for the whole family.
