Very clean inside and super friendly staff

Love shopping here. They have cards for just about every occasion. Some of the cards are a little bit expensive, others are reasonable. They also sell other things, tumblers, jewelry, ornaments etc. A good place for browsing also.

As always great helpful sales staff. Great cards , gift ideas and decorative items.

No issues with customer service, inventory is great, glad to have a Hallmark store locally. But very sad that they are not protecting staff by masking or providing a sneeze-guard barrier.

I ordered a card on line beginning of August and stopped in store twice. Never received notification card finally arrived. I asked cashier why I hadn’t been notified and I was told she had no idea as she just got back from vacation. I didn’t get so much as an apology for the late order. Birthday had passed and took a whole month to get the card.

They follow you around and act like they are stocking the shelves. I had not been to this location in years , but this happened to me before at this location. I did not write a review last time.

Horrible customer service. I went in yesterday for a birthday card and saw the keepsake ornaments. I wanted the Star Wars Death Star tree Topper but I didn't see any on the shelf. Asked one of the employees and she said "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it." So, naturally I went on the website to order it, it said I could pick it up at this location, odd thought she said they didn't have any, I placed the order. I went back an hour and a half later, I didn't received an email saying the order was ready yet but I figured I was still in the area so I'll check. Went to the desk and asked about it and a different lady behind the counter said "if you placed it an hour and a half ago then it hasn't even hit our system yet. Bye."

Seriously doubtful that I will ever return to this Hallmark again, I see why they are closing left and right.

I agree with previous post. Horrible customer service. Went in the store and was told they didn’t have the ornament. Order it online! Order it online! It was sold out online. Called the next day. Two of their other stores had it but they don’t transfer between stores and still couldn’t sell the display model even though they didn’t have the product to sell. All the person could offer were roadblocks that involved NO customer service/support on their end. Can’t believe a store is run like this.
