Excellent customer service. A friendly greeting at the door by Kevin at which time he immediately added me to the wait list. He was very friendly and very customer service oriented. Although there was a long wait, a representative George was assigned to assist me. George was extremely helpful, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable.
The store manager a pretty and cheerful young lady, checked on me and the service I had received. I complimented her on having such a knowledgeable, helpful, customer oriented staff. It’s clear she has done a wonderful job with her team at the Mechanicsville, Verizon location. She even walked me to the door, holding it open for me while thanking me. Although, the store stays extremely busy, the representatives are very kind, patient and knowledgeable as well as having wonderful attitudes. Especially, Kevin, George, and the store manager.
I left with a new cell, new phone number, new account as well as cell accessories. Thank you Mechanicsville Verizon team for such EXCELLENT service!!!

This has always been a strong, customer focused location. I have been shopping here for at least a decade, likely more, and they never fail to provide great service and good advice. They recommend the best plans and options, trying to find the best deal that will meet your needs.

I recommend making an appointment in advance, just to limit the waiting time. They can get extremely busy during peak hours.

If you didn’t know, there’s always a wait at this store. Do yourself a favor and set an appointment. That sounds strange but this is a popular store and for good reason. I’ve had nothing but good feelings when it comes to the staff. They’re knowledgeable and extra helpful. I had problems returning a phone (I created the problem by sending a UPS label through USPS and so it was returned with a sticker that when taken off ruined the label). I went into the store and the manager instantly recognized me. He said it would be about ten minutes. I told him I had to pick up groceries at Walmart next door and would be back in ten. He had me taken care of and even then another staff member came over to make sure I was attended to. THAT’S customer service. Know you’re going to have to wait but also know you’re going to be treated right.

The manager Kevin went above and beyond for us! He took so much time to help me get a smart phone for my 90 year old Grandfather. There were issues with who the account holder is (family plan) and a lot of moving parts... He was courteous, polite, respectful and most of all - patient. He made an experience that was stressful - so much easier. He stayed at the store much longer than he needed to. Most people wouldn't be that dedicated to their job. This is an awesome Verizon store. I think it's because of Kevin and his leadership. I know I have thanked you Kevin. But I hope you know how much your help meant to me and our family.

The staff here is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

I went here to see if they could help me with my phone, which kept telling me I was low on space. I couldn't seem to free up anything in the settings to help. I couldn't send photos and some apps had stopped working. I was waited on by Kim. She was extremely pleasant and patient and explained everything to me as she worked to fix the problem. I'm not very phone-savvy but that didn't bother her in the least. She helped me delete some apps I didn't use. Then she told me what I needed as an upgrade but never pressured me to purchase anything. I made an informed decision and bought a SD card which Kim installed for me and then she made sure my photos would load to it automatically. I am very happy with my phone now. Kim rocks!

There was a bit of a wait, but once they were able to help me, Troy stuck around and made sure to help me with everything he was able to help me with, even if it meant staying late or taking extra steps to make things happen. He did a great job. My phone is now working perfectly on VZW.

Destiny was awesome! Came in after having an issue with my business phone and she turned my whole day around by resolving the issue all while being extremely friendly and kind.

Excellent customer service from the time we were met at the door by the gentleman that signed us in and throughout the entire process. We left satisfied and happy with our purchase and the experience. Will return!

Went in with the expectation of a long wait, but we were pleasantly surprised. Fifteen minutes after signing in, Kimberlie helped us transfer my daughter back to Verizon (because Sprint stinks!). She was patient with my daughter and quite friendly. We were in and out of the store in 45 minutes.

Got here just after they opened on a Saturday morning and was immediately greeted by Kimberlie. She was excellent; best customer service I have ever encountered at a phone or electronics retailer. I had my arrangements for a new phone completed in no time.

I've never had a problem with this store. Went in recently to get a new phone and warranty and thankfully an employee (Sam) walked me through everything and helped reduce my monthly bill. The wait was a little long but the manager went to everyone and explained why and then another employee set out cookies for everyone. These guys are in a league of their own! This is why the store is always busy and the two other phone stores nearby are empty.

Arron was who helped me and my brother-in-law and we were able to complete everything quite simply because of Aaron's knowledge. I also noticed that a lot of the other associates they working there with the customers we're extremely polite and friendly and that is really one big selling points !
Once again I want to thank Aaron for his assistance on both of our accounts man and my brother-in-law's. plus I noticed that prices here at this corporate store are more competitive than other places

Excellent customer service by La Keisha. Hope I have that spelled right!! She was friendly and professional plus had my phone fixed in no time! She is an asset to Verizon! The store was busy but there was an organized system in operation as to “your turn”. It all felt orderly. The wait was shorter than I thought it was going to be and there was good parking. I’m gonna stick with Verizon!

Kim is the best ever! Super knowledgeable and personable! She taught me so much and I am getting a better plan and saving money. She's been there 7 years and so lucky to have her help me!

I remember being a kid going into this Verizon store waiting at least an hour and seeing everyone sitting on the floor waiting. Now, this store location has hired a lot of employees so when you come in, you can immediately get in touch with someone. I commend Verizon for doing this, all my visits have been great, but I do still recommend coming in later on a weekday if possible.
